<Snipped quote by Nimda>
No machines can detect anything amiss. Not a tool at our disposal.
Is it mental fatigue or entirely physical?

<Snipped quote by Nimda>
A nonstop growth in weakness and fatigue, until the victim no longer is even capable of moving. There are signs of physical decay in the later stages as well.

*Nods*
Right. Our medical professionals who went down to help initially, ended up sick themselves, and are virtually stuck with no aid at the moment.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
Right, I’m with you. While I’m admittedly not the world's greatest expert in magic or curses, I can say that I can feel something is amiss. Even just from orbit around the planet, something feels genuinely off about the energy of their world. My biggest concern is, nearly any further investigation begs for more people to be exposed to harm.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
What a tough bargain… Sure thing.
*Turns to the bartender*
One for the both of us.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
Elaborate.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
We have doctors who swear there is no pathogen of any kind, despite ending up sick themselves. A communicable illness with no pathogen. Sounds like a contradictory existence for some disease, no?
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
*Shakes my head*
No, not quite. We received message about a world of folks who were struggling with disease, actually. They couldn't solve their problem on their own, so they reached out, offering anything in exchange for saving them.
*Leans forward with my elbows on the counter*
It's no mere disease, but we have no idea what it is.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
If battle were my conundrum, we'd have the problem well in hand.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
And I wish it were under more casual circumstances.
*Takes a seat in a stool next to you*
