Alright, @fdeviant is aiming to bring in the White Witch into the arc to connect with Cowl and other villians. Why not have Eva join and use her pc to become sucked into the Pax arc a bit later than intended?

While I do want a new thread for season 2, I might point out a few issues:

There's no guarantee all the arc, especially the new ones, will get wrapped up in time.I rather not feel rushed to finished out the street arc, which as small as it might be compared to the world arc, because it's panning out longer compared to the current world arc and prevent it being chopped in half. It might be easier to create the New Thread then move during a time skip for the Pax Humana arc, even if it's only a few hours? That way we can place the newly started arcs on the new thread while waiting for the world one to get to a point it can move easily to the new thread and continue? Just a thought though.

Again, I'm thinking that after Pax Metahumana, there's a buffer period between the end of that arc and the end of the season so we can wrap up our arcs. And we can always continue some arcs into the new season.

I'm thinking like a 2 week period between the end of Pax to the end of the season to wrap everything up
Also, if you are active for this season, you don't have to reapply. Just pop you CS up in the OOC and the Character tab (so long as you're using the same characters)
By all means, introduce your characters and get them established in this setting, and then next season you can really get the ball rolling.

And Punch'OtheFace...yes. I was thinking about a 2 and a half month skip, say, get us into Mid June or so. Warmer weather, slightly different setting.
Okay guys and gals,

After talking with Ded and Hound, I'm thinking that after Pax Metahumana, we can have a period of wrapping up some of our ongoing character arcs and then start with Season 2.

What do you all think?
We've been tossing the idea around, but I'm not entirely sure we needed it. But maybe now with all this crap happening it isn't such a bad idea

*hugs and holds*

We all have our skeletons in the closet, I'm sure, but it seems Raptorman has the most terribly enough if he created multiple accounts. So the question is... what now? How do we write out these PCs and kill off these unfinished arcs?

Let me worry about that. And Nexus, and Hound, and a few others....

Well, there's only a few cases I can see an alt account being needed and actually make sense, though it isn't excusable on RPG because the mods are pretty much on top of things they are called for save the last one.

1. Is to make a new start, but you often never return to that old account and have it deleted.
2. Escape someone's who has been harassing you on every OoC you've posted and the mods won't do squat about it.
3. Making an alter account for a rp with more than 1 GM and allow the others access to update and maintain the OP. (Trust me, this surprisingly has it's perks with the right GMs)

However, right now I feel completely... odd. Like a mixture of disappointment and slight sorrow as I have a pm with Paper Angel which I shared information (not too personal mind you that would help a stalker), namely due to the judgement I've receive when people learn about it. Learning this... I'm actually not sure what I should feel really.

Yeah, tell me about it. "Paper", "Marra", and "Emy" all told me some very private, personal horror stories which I now realize was just to gain sympathy, which makes me think that it entirely meant to get me to give them more leeway with the rules.
Did not see that coming. Like, at all. He had separate personalities for all the accounts too, which is honestly the weirdest part about this.

Oh, I know. It's really mindblowing.
Tell me about it. As he explained it to the other GM, he did it due to his love for world building and things like that. Personally, after some of the interactions that I've had with some of these alt accounts on Skype Messenger and such, I think he's just a damned psycho.

I also fixed my initial announcement to include probably the most important part...that he did admit to it.
OK, so I'm sure you've all be curious about what this announcement is, so I won't keep you waiting any longer. Last night I received a PM from the GM of another game on the Guild with...let's just say some disturbing news about a mutual player. This player, Raptorman, was confronted by this GM with evidence that he has been playing with multiple alt accounts. The GM in question went to one of the Guild Mods, Sherlock, and had asked him to check the IPs of Raptorman against two other players.

The 3 IPs came back as a match. Raptorman was also playing under the alternate accounts of Marra Mistborn and Paper Angel. When Raptorman was confronted with this, he fully admitted to it.

I was pretty shocked, as I'm sure you can imagine. But then I remembered a conversation that I had with another one of our players that struck me odd at one point, and made me question whether this player had been an alt account. At the time I said "nah, who does that?" and shrugged it off. But I couldn't shake this hunch, so in the wee hours of the morning, I sent Sherlock a message and asked him to compare Raptorman's IP with this other players.

Earlier this afternoon, Sherlock responded and confirmed that yes, Raptorman and The Fair Lady, aka Emy, are also one in the same.

I had every intention of booting Raptorman from the game tonight, however, The Guild beat me to it by banning Raptorman from the site.

So long story short, Raptorman, Paper Angel, Marra Mistborn, and The Fair Lady were all the same player. They are all out of the game and their characters will NOT just go away, but they will be written out of the game, in continuity.

I'm sorry that this happened, and I feel that I should have seen this way back when, however, I do feel better knowing that I'm not the only GM that was fooled by this egregious violation of the rules. But hell, we'll do what we have always done, we'll pick up the pieces and this game will be better for it. Any ongoing arcs (such as the Nightmare Arc) will be be finished by us, we're not going to have a bunch of unresolved storyarcs screwing everything up.

So anyone who had plans with any of "these players," I am sorry that those plans won't be seeing the light of day. But we'll move on.
