--
Weapons: Mana doesn't wield any weapons in battle, her Quirk is enough for her.
Hero(Villain) Equipment: The only thing special about Mana's equipment is her mask, which is designed so that it can't be removed by force.
--
Combat Section:
Strength: Mana's strength is average at best. She isn't the type of person who cares much about being physically strong, she trains in other areas.
Endurance: Mana can run for long distances, or keeping fighting for longer than seems possible, though it isn't entirely clear if it's good endurance, or stubborn will. Regardless, she has above average endurance.
Willpower: This is where Mana excels, you won't find anyone with stronger will or more stubborn than she is. Even the most hopeless of situations don't get her to give up. Even when she probably should.
Speed: Mana's got pretty good speed, she's able to avoid most attacks with relative ease. Though she does rely more on blocking or using a meat shield than dodging.
Reaction Speed: The only thing better than her reaction speed is her willpower. Having grown up with three older brothers, she's learned to stay on her toes and react quickly.
--
Quirk Section:
Name of Quirk: Nature Manipulation
Ability of Quirk: By focusing and drawing on the powers of nature, Mana can grow, repair, and control plant life. The most common way she does this, and the easiest, is through vines, which she can use in a number of ways.
Qualities of Quirk: For repair she can heal any plant back even from the brink of death, but it takes time and focus. The more damaged the plant, the more time and energy it takes. Control is just taking control of plants that already exist, again this takes focus and energy, she could control dozens of vines at once, but only a single tree. Growth is a little more complicated than that, beyond vines which she can grow very quickly due to practice, everything else can take time. It's much easier to repair plants than it is to create new ones.
Strengths of Quirk: Mana's Quirk makes her a powerhouse in battle. Her vines allow her to do many things which aid her and her allies. From killing, to distraction, to buying time, Mana can do it all.
Weaknesses of Quirk: The biggest weakness of Mana's Quirk is time. It takes time to grow plants, or to repair them. Controlling them is a bit faster, but that isn't always an option. It leaves her vulnerable to attack.
Limits of Quirk: The more familiar Mana is with a plant, the faster she can grow it. She's trained hard to be able to grow vines almost instantly. With lots and lots of time and training she'll be able to add a lot more plant types to her arsenal during battle.

Biography: Mana is the youngest of four siblings, her three older siblings all being male. She was spoiled a little bit because of this, but never turned into a brat because her brothers made sure of it. She was always closest to the younger of the three brothers, as they were the closest in age. As a child, she used to follow him everywhere.
Mana and the youngest of her brothers discovered their Quirks on the exact same day. Only, Mana's wasn't cared much about, considering it was pretty boring. While she was supposedly destined to become a gardener, her brother had the makings of a hero. That was the last time she ever saw him, that very next day he was shipped off to a school where he could learn to be a hero, while Mana was left behind.
In secret, Mana began to train her Quirk, discovering everything about it all on her own. When she was in high school, she saw her youngest brother on the news. Most promising new hero is what they were calling him.
Three days later he was dead. A training accident gone horribly wrong with a famous hero. With this famous hero's reputation on the line, they crafted this elaborate story about how her brother was actually some villain is disguise. Suddenly everyone hated him, just because of a lie. Something broke inside Mana after that. Hearing everyone talk about her brother as he really had been a villain, her parents accepting a large sum of money to never speak the truth of it to anyone.
Mana's descent into villainy began two weeks later. Someone had the nerve to bad talk Mana's brother right to her face. They found that person strung up in the bathroom an hour later, vines wrapped around their neck. Mana calmly went home, packed a bag, and left.
A messed up teenage girl doesn't survive long on their own. But thankfully for Mana, she was approached by a member of the organization, who had seen her growing vines and put two and two together. She's been a member ever since, wanting to clear her brother's name, and show the entire world that the heroes aren't as good as people think they are.
Personality: Mana is quiet, on first meeting her you might think she was a mute. But she isn't mute, or even shy for that matter, one look in her eyes and you could see that she was thinking. She's always thinking, watching, observing, figuring things out. She isn't a genius, her brain is just good at that sort of thing. She's almost always calm and has nearly unbreakable patience. She's stubborn to a fault, the best way to get her to do something, is to tell her she can't do it.
The quiet side of Mana is just one half of her. Break through that nearly unbreakable patience, or find that one button she has left to push, and you suddenly find yourself unable to breath and vines choke the life out of you. She doesn't scream, her face doesn't change, in fact she may seem even quieter and more calm than before. But she can get violent, and can kill without any remorse. That being said, she does take orders very well, tell her to kill someone, they'll die. Ask her to cause a distraction, no one will know you were ever there.
----
Other: Mana probably belongs in a mental hospital, or on some sort of medication. You would be wise to stay on her good side.
