Hex fluttered far down the ravine, avoiding anything in her path. The number of wild pokemon appearing began to drop more and more. Occasionally she would catch a brief glimpse of a starving Sableye or rabid Mawile, but she could easily avoid them. They were usually too wrapped up in their own problems within the cavern that they didn't even pay attention to the slight hum her wings gave off as she flew. Hex hugged a high, dark corner of the chasm. Few pokemon could see her, and even fewer could reach her. It was a good spot to stay low and hide. She continued on like this for several minutes, simply hiding within the darkness. Hex stopped in her tracks. Echoing voices reverberated throughout the cave, bouncing off the walls and spiraling in her direction. Hex caught an actual, conscious conversation, not communication through hisses, grunts, and growls. That must've been the pokemon in the camp who were conversing with each other. She hurried ahead, hoping to find them soon enough. The best option for the team seemed to be getting in and out quickly before one of them got badly injured.

Hex eventually stumbled upon the group. They had a relatively small camp, with several cloth tents set up. Surrounding a flickering fire were three large pokemon. A Dugtrio, a Gabite, and a Krokorok stood by the fire. Hex slowly lowered herself, careful to approach the trio. "Uh, hello?" Hex asked, staring at the three. "I'm Hex Flutter, from a Team Scarab. We got the mission." The three pokemon swung around to face her. "A second explorer! That's great!" The Krokorok said, grinning widely. His teeth gleamed in the firelight, showing off a great set of incisors that could gnaw through steel. "We just met your friend. Name's Leeroy. We got some supplies for you fellows." He turned back to attend the fire, stoking it with a long stick. The orange flames flickered and glowed, a column of smoke rising from the blazes. The flames seemed to repel any of the nearby wild pokemon, who had lived their whole lives through the unnatural luminescence of the crystals. The fire must've been new to them.

Hex looked through a large, linen bag. There was an assortment of berries and reviver seeds. She recognized most, and quickly stuffed them into her bag. They would be handy in dealing with whatever was up ahead. "Good luck over there." The Gabite advised in a gristly, deep voice. "You'll need it." Hex glanced over at the other camp. She could see a light, flickering flame with a silhouette. It appeared to be a large, spiked pokemon. She sighed. Anything big and spiked would be a threat. She slowly fluttered off to the second camp, following a small, sluggish blob figure, Anthony.
Dear god, the sacrificial lamb worked! Quick, gather the infidels, for we must rejoice! Eat the meat and drink the blood! Set the circle aflame!

I'm excited. Now for Half-Life 3 release date.
Nope, just kinda slow on the RPing. We're always accepting, so we'll gladly welcome a new face. I'll try to make a post soon.
"Let's go." Hex whispered, slowly fluttering into the cavern.

The wild pokemon within the craggy ravine were still snarling and snapping from her. She kept to the shadows, diving between and through various dark corners and segments. Shannon had an ingenuous disguise. The Amaura had coated himself in a layer of ice. In the shadows, he reflected off of the light given off from the crystals, appearing to be one of them on a moment's glance. She flew almost soundlessly through the darkness. One could only hear the light hum of her wings as she fluttered down the ravine. Most of the wild pokemon seemed to be less occupied with looking for her, and more occupied with Anthony, which they had seemed to found rather quickly. He sluggishly made his way down the ceiling, a steadying drip of light goo falling upon the cave floor. It had given away his position quite quickly.

The Mawile were attempting to snap at him, and the Gible was trying to leap up with it's massive incisors to gnaw on the blob. The Geodude were throwing rocks, but most of the missed once again. She assumed it was because they spent most of their lives in the darkness, they didn't have much experience with aim. Hex paused for a moment, gaining an idea. Quickly and quietly, she formed a gust, stirring up the wind with her wings. The air was damp and moist, so it gave way to a wet gust. Air mixed with water, and hit a nearby Geodude in the back. Almost immediately, it swung around, looking for the opponent that had just hit him. Hex crossed her nonexistent fingers, staring at the pokemon. Do it, do it, do it.. Hex thought to herself. It began to bicker with a nearby Mawile standing behind it.

It was long series of grunts and hisses between the two. The bicker soon became more violent, and the pokemon began battling each other. Hex had never seen a wild pokemon battle before. Most of the fights she had seen were between two sentient pokemon, or her swarm against one measly threat. The pokemon just went at it in a no-holds barge. They Geodude picked up a rock and smashed the Mawile's second mouth. The Mawile used it's steel fangs to crack the tough rock. They attracted the attention of most of the nearby wild pokemon that were once occupied in eating Anthony. She briefly looked up to the darkness. Anthony was still moving across. This would buy them some time, but not for long. She continued moving forward at a hurried pace.
"That was tough." Hex said, fluttering lower, her wings shuttering to a stop. "Those Mawile must've been pretty strong."

Hex lowered herself onto the craggy, rough ground. Beige dust blew up in thick clouds around her as she landed, her insect wings shuttering to a stop. The Mawile were surprisingly strong, and that was only one of the many pokemon located in the chasm. Who knew what else they could deal with in Crystal Chasm? Sinister pokemon, waiting in the shadows to lunge out at them, twice as strong as the Mawile that had nearly just sweeped their entire team. However, there were pokemon down there, that could use their help. It was quite a predicament. They could go down now, but risk losing their entire team. Or they could wait, and train, but risk the pokemon in the chasm getting hurt or another explorer team coming down to help instead of Team Scarab.

"So, what do you guys think we should do?" Hex asked, looking between her bruised up team. "I think that we should take our chance now, while we can, while it may it be dangerous."

She slowly fluttered back into the cave. "I'll just scout ahead for a moment. I'll be back in a flash." She announced, turning to the cave. Hex held her breath, hoped that she wouldn't snatched from the air, and flew into the cave. She made sure to stay high, far away from any hungry wild pokemon moping about in the cave. She spotted a fair couple of pokemon on her way in. There were several Geodude surrounding a glowing crystal. There was a group of Mawile, which she noted as a problem, relatively close. There was a Gible who seemed to be climbing one of the crystals. That was about the extent of her trip. There didn't seem to be many other pokemon beside that. However, the pokemon that were there were strong, and most of them could rather easily sweep the entire team, so they had to be careful. She no

As she began to fly back to the entrance, several pokemon around the bottom spotted her. "There she is, the little snack." A pokemon purred from the darkness. It's eyes glowed. The Sableye had returned. "Take her!" Several Geodude from the bottom made potshots of gravelly rocks at her, luckily missing due to the darkness. Some Mawile growled, their second mouths snarling and drooling, but they were much too low to really reach her. The only threat was the Sableye. The little mad pokemon had climbed onto a crystal, and was leaping gracefully from one bioluminescent quartz to another, aiming for the ones that were high and jutting out of the craggy walls. He was gaining quickly. He was beginning to be quite the annoyance. As he leaped once again, right in snatching distance of Hex, she blew up a quick, strong gust, which interrupted his little game and sent him flying back down to the bottom once again.

Hex came breathlessly back to the entrance. "I think our best bet is to stick to the darkness." She panted. "Probably safest when they can't see us."
Mwahahaha! Team Scarab's new reign begins! We will take over this RP through force, and make every last RPer our slave! The Odd One's Out is done for!

...

Oh, yeah, I knew you were kidding. Also, I love how Team Scarab is fighting a couple of tough Mawile, while The Odd One's Out are fighting this ultra super mega boss that plans to kill everything, lol.
Does this RP occur before or after War of the Elements? Just so I have a rough idea of what would be taking place around this time.
Sorry for no response. It seems you just let yourself in, so I suppose you're allowed.

Also, seemingly R.I.P inFamous: Generations. There hasn't been a post in quite a while. I hope it isn't completely dead.
Made this while I was waiting.

Also, all aboard the waiting train, chugga chugga choo choo.
"Thanks, Shannon!" Hex called out, glancing over at the Amaura.

Her Mawile seemed to be half-paralyzed by the aura that Shannon had just released. It stumbled around on less-than-steady feet. There was an occasional crack of electricity and the Mawile would actually buckle, it's joints seemingly giving way. It was perfect for a gust. Hex began to flutter her wings rapidly once more. These Mawile were certainly starting to be come a pain. If they weren't dealt with soon, they could seriously jeopardize the whole mission. Already it seemed some of their teammates were badly injured. Anthony looked like a pile of slop. Josh was out of his bucket, the water spilled everywhere. Another strong gale was beginning to be formed. Her crystalline wings suddenly gave forth to a strong gust, letting loose a strengthened gust of air. The paralyzed Mawile was easily pushed back, it's limbs twitching and out of order.

"I think I got this one." Hex said, watching as the paralyzed Mawile was thrown back. "Seems pretty weak right now."

The Mawile seemed to be done for. The paralyzation, the water, and the wind had to have effected it. It was off balance and cross eyed, trying to make sense of the battle. Hex stirred up another strong gust, her wings working hard. A steady flow of adrenaline seemed to be what mostly kept her wings steady. Otherwise, they would have given out a long time ago. She released another gust at the weakened Mawile, but quite a bit less thick and controlled. The gust knocked the Mawile to it's feet. She released a series of smaller gusts at the Mawile until it seemed to stop fighting. The only movement from the Mawile was the occasional twitch of it's legs or elongated mouth. Hex fluttered down, examining it. It seemed knocked out, but she didn't want to get too close for fear that it was just playing dead, and it was just waiting to snatch her up in it's fangs.

"This one is done." Hex said, flying back up from the Mawile.
