Appearance and Attire:
	   Vanessa is a semi-tall, slim young woman. Her figure could really only be properly described as sexy, though not necessarily tone. From a childhood of ball room and competitive dancing, her legs have become fairly strong and her stomach pleasantly flat with a plump set of breast and a bubble butt to accent. An overly paranoid father resulted in a black belt in karate, a set of firm arms, and near perfect posture. Her hair, long and usually kept down and around her shoulders, is a nearly black brown and is thick and curly. Her eyes are a dark grey with faint specks of gold in the iris closer to the pupil. Her skin is caught somewhere in between fair and olive, creating a lovely golden tone.

Power:
Smoke Manipulation Vanessa has the ability to create and manipulate smoke. She can use both the smoke she creates and the smoke in the environment in general. She has near total control over the smoke she summons and uses, typically building up the density of the smoke in small spines, which she uses sort of like throwing knives, or whips and tendrils of sorts. When facing many enemies at once, she will take to using massive tendrils (trying hard not to use tentacle... makes everything awkward...) to either whip them away or impale a good number and use the corpses to through at the remaining. She can also use the smoke as a sort of shield by making the smoke swirl around her or someone need by at high speeds, rerouting bullets, blades, and fists alike. She can also use her smoke to hover or even sort of send herself flying into the air, though this is dangerous and she hasn't quite mastered this action. Upon command, she can expel a large amount of smoke in order to impair an enemies sight and breathing. As a more stealthy way of killing, she can also force smoke to build up inside a persons lungs, making it build up in one's nose and/or throat so they suffocate on smoke without there ever being a fire. Due to the mixture of materials in smoke, she also have minor control over fire and heat. In terms of fire, she is able to turn a single spark or ember into a fair sized fire as well as manipulate the flames off her skin, though this takes a fair bit of focus. In terms of heat, she can expel small blast of extreme heat or simply warm a fair sized room by a few degrees. She can also project small blasts of heat into objects or people with a touch.


Limits:
	Though her tendrils are powerful, they are exhausting. The bigger they are, the more energy they take up. Also, even if they're small, she can only control them at a close range. Once again, the bigger they are, the closer to her they have to be but touching her is preferred for the best results in the first place. The spines have a longer range, as they are much smaller, but the farther they are, the worse her aim becomes. As for the shield sort of deal, it requires a considerable amount of concentration, as she has to be sure she doesn't accidentally send the one she is protecting flying. She can't control extensive amounts of heat or flame. When surrounded but too much of either one, she can lose control of it and be burned.

Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
	Though she can control smoke, she is not immune to the effects of breathing the stuff. She can keep it out of her lungs and eyes but this requires concentration and a conscious action. She is also not immune to fire or heat, but can keep off with a conscious thought. Mass amounts of fire or heat can overpower and so can smoke, though it takes an extreme amount to overpower her. Her smoke shields and tendrils can be broken through by direct jets of water or strong blasts of air or anything else similar.  

Other

	* She is the leader of a fairly powerful gang in New Rivire.
	* Most, in and out of her gang, call her Vegas. This is mostly due to the fact the she owns a fair portion of the casino district, though it is also because she is known to be near unbeatable high-roller (little do they know, she cheats).
	* She is so gay, it's amazing she can what straight. (I'm not sorry.)
