Despite being fairly lean, Gideon’s broad shoulders and overwhelming height give him a fairly domineering presence. His eyes are already developing smile wrinkles but he has yet to show a smile.
Bio: Gideon switched into the school his freshman year, initially he intentionally isolated himself from his peers, but eventually he began to interact with others. He is known for being calm and kind, although he still keeps his distance. In school, he generally stands at the apex of physical activities and competitions even when pitted against upper classman, but his grades are only average.
Anything Else We Should Know: There’s a lot more to it, but I figure I’ll rather show than tell. Lest there is objection from GM
I'm all for returning this summer either for a continuation or version 3.0, although I have a surgery this summer, it may mean I have even more time to read and post since I won't be able to do any sports or travelling.
"As you wish hunky bunny. Do you like that name? Hunky Bunny? Or would you prefer something else?"
Praeth could only shrug his broad shoulders helplessly with a thin smile, "If that is what you wish to call me for now." He muttered with a hint of resignation. Disciplinary action would cause difficulties for Praeth that could be further avoided by simply waiting until the proper timing, preferably once the group had reached the chamber. Praeth's irritation towards Tirza was slowly increasing, but he suppressed his emotions. With an inward nod, Praeth determined to take action once they had returned to the safety of their chamber. Or perhaps not quite so safe for Tirza. Praeth put off his pondering temporarily when Araxie finally spoke up.
"M-my love, what happened to Nadia? I... I'm sorry I wasn't paying much attention to much of anything back there."
Praeth glanced towards Araxie with a piercing gaze, as if looking directly through her 'My Love"? Of the three, she has been the most submissive, and now this, so quickly. Perhaps there is something she wants? That should be fine as long as I can afford to give what she wants. It's not like I intended to withhold favorable treatment to my captives anyway. Looking back towards the end of the corridor, Praeth spoke in a soothing voice, "We can discuss what has occurred and its implications when we return to the chamber, until then, I have no intention to voice my thoughts in a place where the walls have ears." His stern expression did not change but his tone was fairly calm and warm, almost tender.
The short silence was punctuated by Praeths heavy footsteps as he approached his room with an expression of relief. It was only when he was steps from his door did his face tighten into a stern frown and he carefully set Nadia down. His aura had been that of a warm caretaker, but it suddenly took on a ruthless, vicious intent, and without so much as a pause, Praeth became a massive blur, the floors cracked under the force of his lunge and the door was blown clean off its hinges with a deafening noise. The open passageway gave view to two Drakken bodies sprawled across the floor and the third held in the arms of Averus, slowling choking out. The sounds of the scuffle dying down. Amidst the confusion, Averus was apologizing profusely to his victim as he choked him out. The butler finally stood and bowed to Praeth as the last of the Drakken lost consciousness. "They crept in from the balcony, I heard the howling of the winds from outside and came to investigate" Averus explained while maintaining his bow. "At ease Averus. Assassins huh? I will dispose of them, would you be so kind as to escort my brides and make them at home?" Praeth signaled behind him as he looked over the assassins, his visciousness ebbed away and he laughed good-naturedly as if this were some joke. "Of course My Lord." Averus stood and walked through the doorway with a warm smile, in contrast to Praeth, he seemed more genuine and socially capable. Less abrasive. "Would the three of you kindly enter Lord Praeth's quarters? He will return shortly." he said with a slight nod of his head.
Praeth held an orb of water in his hand and conducted three thin stands of water to stem out of the orb and circle the neck of the three assassins in a noose-like shape. As he walked to the door to the balcony, the bodies were dragged along with him by the thin strands. Opening the door and dragging the bodies out, a brisk breeze passed through the room before the door could be closed. On the balcony Praeth held the bodies off the edge of the balcony by the noose and constricted, the thin strands sliding deeper into the necks like a knife and butter, the bodies dropping before the heads did. The bodies beginning to spin as blood spilled from where their heads used to be and creating spiral shapes upon the cliffside far below. Cleaning off the balcony with a hand motion to get rid of any excess blood, Praeth returned inside feeling indifferent.
Praeth cautiously heightened his senses on guard to check for any further 'surprises' before looking back to his brides apologetically. Praeth moved to replace the door how it was, half out of embarrassment. He made a satisfied nod as the door managed to maintain its position after being swung closed. Turning to his servant, he addressed him with a relatively respectful tone for a normal subordinate, "Averus, could you retrieve additional supper and drinks?"
Averus bowed and left without a word, Praeth turned to his brides with an apologetic expression, "Now. Things have finally begun to calm down, I would like to discuss what exactly happened at the dining room as well as the opinions from the three of you. Then I will announce my intentions. To begin with, for the sake of clarity, Lord Krone has announced that Drakkens will be waging war on the Geminnite country. His words are reliable and it is safe to assume there will be a prompt invasion, either from the South, or from the West upon Gemminite lands. I would like to know your opinions and the actions you wish to take, as well as any other notes." First looking towards Tirza, he nodded for her to begin, as he was most worried about her condition following what had happened.
He can only master what has been introduced to him, if he has experienced it then he can probably master it unless it's physically impossible for a human demigod to use such magics. I doubt Hyper Photosynthesis will be within the usable range of Beringer's abilities but I'm not sure about the other magics.

APPEARANCE Beringer is 6'2" and 178 lbs, he has a fair complexion synonymous with nobility, his elegant features and indifferent demeanor accentuate his aloof appearance. DOMAIN (Portfolio) Experience (Mastery)
DOMAIN (Portfolio) DESCRIPTION/EXPLANATION There are many different techniques in the world, both physically and mentally. From cooking to killing, with enough skill, everything becomes an art. The beauty of the many arts and forms of the world create a collage of beauty that Beringer pursues. Rather than create, he enjoys what has been created. He has no specialty but he could be considered the technical master of many arts. With absolute coordination and impeccable perception of both his own movements as well as the movements of others, his mastery is unmatched by human and demigod alike. Unfortunately, where Beringer is incredibly dexterous and coordinated, he lacks the physical prowess of other demigods. Although his strength and speed is on a different level from a human standpoint, he could be considered a runt before the physical prowess of other demigods. As he has no interest in affecting the world that he enjoys so thoroughly, his effect on the world has been almost zero; accordingly, one would have to specifically look for him to actually know where he was, but he has become of little circumstance to gods or other humans for that matter. He leaves no footstep upon the ground and no imprint upon the world.
DOMAIN ABILITES
-=Absolute Coordination=- To become a master in any sort of skill, one must of impeccable dexterity and total control over their own body. Beringer has unquestionable mastery over his own body down to the slightest twitch.
-=Mastery=- Beringer did not begin knowing the optimal movements and skills of each and every art of the world. No, his power is in the expeditious rate of growth in whatever he sets his mind to and the absolute mastery he reaches at the apex of technical prowess.
-=Crossover=- Beringer has the knowledge and mastery of many different skills, accordingly, he can apply his knowledge of one skill to another. Such as medical aid to combative strikes.
-=Professional Deduction=- Beringer has mastered countless martial arts and combative techniques throughout his life. Amidst battle, he is able to analyze his opponent's fighting style and adapt accordingly using his vast mastery.
-=Percieve=- Beringer’s extensive understanding of many skills and artforms, he is able to read the movements of others and predict the outcome fairly accurately. He does not have computer-like accuracy such as measuring exact trajectories or qualities on a numerical basis, but he can generate cause and effect estimate with a strong degree of accuracy, such as the tensing of certain muscles would lead him to believe that a high kick aimed for his upper torso was about to be launched, or that the movements of a cook would give understanding to the quality of the cook’s food prior to the food’s preparation. Habit that give way to information about certain areas of expertise.
”I have lead a foolish life, but I do not regret it.” HISTORY Although his body may not show it, Beringer is old, to the point that he can recall all of humanity’s history. He was not present for the initial creation of humans, but rather, in the second generation, he was born. Although Beringer’s blood contained the essence of Astarte, he blended notably well with humans. He grew at the same rate as the rest, the only unique feature being the odd speed at which he grasped concepts and abilities such as speech or farming. He walked before his similarly aged peers could walk and spoke before they walked. However peculiar his mental growth seemed, those around him continued to cherish him and his life was without want as his joy was in his growth
He laughed and loved, wept and shouted. He had learned with the rest of humanity, and although he learned at a much faster rate, he never separated himself from his fellow race. Humanity underwent subjugation from many angles and their survivability was low. Beringer had learned to survive with what he had learned and his resourcefulness and by the age of 20, he had mastered numerous fighting styles, and eventually, numerous forms of magic. The world had an allure to it that Beringer consistently pursued. To experience the world and exemplify it in its many arts became the dominating factor of Beringer’s existence. He spent the majority of his time learning, mastering the many arts of the world, the magics, the swordsmanship, and the liberal arts. Throughout all of his journeys, the one constant was the Astartian pendant that dangled from his neck. The origin of the pendant, Beringer lack the knowledge, but he has always held an attachment to the pendant and has cherished it as his.
Recently, Astartian Marks similar to his pendant have begun to spread, even to the knowledge of the reclusive wanderer, thus, Beringer has begun to follow the trail of crumbs towards the corrupted Astarte. His current objective is to find the source of his origin and unique talents.
"This grotesque slaughter is unsightly, leave, or I will remove such eyesores from this world" PERSONALITY Beringer is nothing if not passive. His actions can be ranked widely from the greatest samaritan to the most ruthless of evils, each and every action is done without kindness or malice. Experience is what he pursues, be it standing over subjects as a king or working as a grunt in a shoddy mercenary company. He has many homes and no home at all, he merely wanders the world in search of beauty, if his pursuit calls for him to become emperor or a lowly peasant, he feels no qualms. He is usually indifferent, taking on a jaded demeanor, rather than being unfeeling, any overwhelming emotions are simply muted. Even Beringer isn’t sure whether this comes from his own personality or from some technique to control his emotions before they cloud his mind. His countenance tends to be cold, but his compassion for the world runs deep, and hatred has never had a place in his thoughts.
He usually doesn’t speak much.
-=Emotional Indifference=- As a blessing and a curse, Beringer’s mind will automatically mute any strong emotions that may affect his decisions greatly. Either from personality or his innate mastery of emotions, he is extremely resistant to manipulation on an emotional level, but without such strong emotions, it can be argued that he cannot truly enjoy living, but no matter how much frustration stems from such an ability, it is muted.
ALIGNMENT True Neutral. He wishes to live in the beauty and dabble in the arts of the world, everything else tends to be of little circumstance, although his sense of beauty tends to be arbitrary and opinionated.
