What the hell? That wench with the sword is crazy! Destero thought as Yasuno literally attacked the mine, shielding his face with his arm. Unfortunately that left him more open to attack than he thought he'd be, taking a bolt to the side and a fireball to the chest. Well, that certainly hadn't gone as planned. They're better than I thought... certainly far above run of the mill brigands. Regardless, I will not fall so easily to the likes of them! Destero turned and gave his three free allies a quick series of glances and flashy hand motions as he quickly distanced himself from the crazy sword wielder and tossed his javelin at her from said distance. "Switch!"
Anne, upon hearing Destero's command stopped and sighed, having been going to heal the injured prince, but nonetheless complied with the order. "Looks like that fall we spoke of might happen sooner than we think," she whispered to Dain as she took up a position next to the wizard, empowering his magic with her own.
"Honestly..." Dain muttered to himself. From now on I'll handle the initial charge. We can't have this happening again... Dain sighed when Anne walked over. "Yes, yes it may," he answered in whisper. Moving slightly closer to the enemy he called out, "while I personally have no quarrel with you, you have harmed he who is both my lord and my student. For that, you must pay!" He accented the end of his spiel by launching a ball of darkness at the enemy swordswoman.
"Bailin' you out again I see," Isaac taunted Destero with a confident laugh as he ran up and quickly took the injured lord's spot before the enemy could pursue him, lashing out with his sword in the process.
