People starting to walk into class? must be close to starting then...or close to a bunch of preps walking into class to take the front seats. Conner looked up from his drawing as someone was talking in his general vicinity. He looked left, then right, confirming that it was him being spoken to. Class hadn't started yet, and it wasn't the teacher...A classmate? "I am drawing an answer to the question, I am puzzled to the question so don't ask for it though, but if you do know the answer, do pray tell." He smiled. It was a common response when he didn't know how to share what he was drawing. Simply telling people 'abstract art, I am fusing a raven with a desk.' "Art is about freedom, so you can interpert it as you would like." He put his pencil down after staring at his drawing for another moment, "The name is Conner, What is yours?" He held out his hand to shake, rather polity.
"Oh God...No..No! You Can't be real! It was supposed to be-" bbbzzzhht
"And these are the last words recorded by Richard Dekart. Is their a serial killer loose in ? Or is this one of the most elaborate hoaxes to date? Interview's with the potential victim's parents and closest friend's rev-" Beeeooop.

"Dang tele, giving out again." A man with a shiny head, thick beard and a smoke in his mouth got up to smack the old television set. "Bah! I think it might actually dead this time." He stepped back looking at the old machine letting out a sigh, a clearly noticeable dent on its side from constant beatings, "Well, I guess things just aren't built to last any more." He shook his head, and gave the television a final smack before gently caressing it, speaking softly to the machine, and walking away. "Conner, Conner my boy, you're still home right? Come help your old man buy a new tele!"
"Nope, First day of class for the year, andddd, I'm running late." Conner flew down the stairs his father shouted up, wizzing past the older man, and quickly grabbed his bag, which had been sitting neatly prepared by the front door. "Get a big one thats not older than me this time!" He slammed the door and kept running till his house was out of sight, then slowed down to a leisurely walk. He wasn't late, far from it, Conner was right on schedule for being early. He let out a yawn and fixed his hair as he walked towards the train station. His school wasn't too far away, with how much time he had, he could probably even jog it, if he was the athletic go getter type. He wasn't though, and watching the many colourful people on the train had always been a slightly odd hobby of his. He got to see so many shades of life on there! So many characters in such a small space, the fact that it lead him straight to his destination just made it all the better. He sat down, waiting for either his train to arrive, pulling out a sketch pad and starting to draw a surreal train station.
"Early as usual I see." A cheerful voice danced through the air, A blonde girl in a blue sun dress poked her head over Conner's shoulder and stared at his drawing, cocking an eyebrow as she tried to make sense out of the incomplete art.
"Alice." Conner tried to ignore his friend and continue drawing, but, it was to no avail. "And here I thought I would catch the train before you." He put his pad away and stood up, almost smacking his shoulder into Alice in the process, "Well, we might as well get to class." He looked at her and couldn't help but smile. She was an oddity even in Conner's eyes, yet there was something about her that seemed to just draw people in.
After a few stops, the train pulled up to the college's stop. Students rushing off the train to get to their early morning class, other's to eagerly meet up with friend's that had gotten there earlier and had been waiting for them. Conner and Alice didn't speak much for most of the ride, Alice smiling and staring out the windows like an excited tourist, even though she had made the journey many times before, and Conner tapping a pen to his lips and staring at the roof, occasionally jotting down a few words on a notepad.
"Fooey." Alice pouted, "I thought I signed up for the same class as you, but I am in the room next door." She grinned, "Oh well, play nice and I'll see you during break!" She waved and disappeared quicker than a magic act.
Conner shook his head and sat down in a vacant seat in the middle of the class, pulling out his note pad and flipping the page before starting on another drawing.
Sporting a pony tail, his long brown hair is slightly wavy, with a few strands hanging down the front. He is usually wearing a hoodie, and long shorts. Even on hot days he wears his hoodie, but then just around his waist. Rarely does he wear a proper pair of trousers.
Bio: Conner is the first of three boys born into his family, and, much to his Father's dismay, he chose to not follow the family tradition and take over the museum which had been in his family for generations. Choosing instead to pursue the arts, Conner's Mother approved, and was drastically impressed when she saw the paintings he made, listened to his music, or saw his writing. He truly seemed like a prodigy! That being said, Conner did have strange ways of being inspired, which often would find him in dangerous, or just plain stupid situations. He could never read people well, and never really understood when we was about to get himself in too deep. Often trudging off in the middle of the night, into dark alleys, or hanging off of bridges with by his legs till the blood rushed to his head and he would fall into the canal.
His misadventures were at their worst in his youth, and he slowly started to ween away from the more dangerous forms of "inspiration" Sadly though, it did take another course. He witnessed many bullies in his teens, not aimed at him, and if you'd ask him, he would never be sure who they were picking on in the first place or why, but Conner became the type of child to step in, and protect others. Not for the sake of protecting the weak, or some great honourable cause, but for the inspiration. It let him think of what it felt like to be a hero, to be a hero and fail miserably, to be the one being praised, to be the one getting kicked in the nads for misunderstanding the dispute, all these lessons helped him to better portray his characters in writing, raw emotion in music, and everything in his drawings.
With all of his art and passion, Conner isn't stupid though, he does think logically at times, realizing the importance of his education, and spending time with people he cares about, or more correctly, people who can put up with his shenanigans.
Card, I mentioned that the physical abilities wont be counted as spells. Katakon, Originally I was going to just go with Persona spells, but it does make sense to add more, so we will use all of the shin megami tensei spells, aside from the physical ones.
How this will work / how it differs from many other Persona RP
This will be a Persona role play, with heavy Alice in Wonderland tones. To be more specific, your persona will be based on characters, main or not, from Lewis Carroll's books. (Alice's adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass)
Everyone will have their Persona Arcana start off as the Fool, and, depending on how your character develops and the choices they make, it can "evolve" or change, giving you access to the same persona, but in a different arcana. For an example, If my persona was "The Queen of Hearts" It could have a rather playful appearance at the start, and, lets say, use agi as a spell, being magic oriented. After a tragedy in the group, my character feels an intense hatred for whatever caused it, and wants to destroy regardless of the cost, changing my arcana to "Devil" My persona would then change in appearance to a more demonic looking queen and now uses bufu instead of agi, and is more physical oriented. After Having a change of heart, I could go back, but, I still have access to the newer form, and could get more.
It will take place a in fictional City in England called Eigo. It is an English City that has heavy Japanese influence. The reason we will be taking place in England is due to the plot.
The Persona World, will be viewed by those with the ability through any reflective surface, and can interact directly with the real world. As such, one can kill someone on one side and have it affect the other, We will also be dealing with myths and urban legends and folklore. For an example, Bloody Mary, will be someone murdering people from the other side. Other murder cases, such as Jack the ripper will also be dived into.
Our characters will mostly be high school age students, as it seems to be the cool thing to do in the persona series, and they will all attend the same "college". (The UK has a different schooling system, and will give our characters a bit more freedom to go as they please and need. Look into it if you really want to, or go on a tangent if you have gone through it before)
Although it might sound a bit harsh, I will only be accepting 3-4 people at the start, and if things work out, will accept more as we progress, or as people drop out. So it will be me, my co-gm, and three to four of you. Being a casual RP, I won't expect a ton of posts, or walls of text, but I do expect at least a post every other day, if you cannot comply with that, please let me know, or murder will happen.
Rules -No God modding (duh) -Posts expected at least every other day unless reason given -Fighting will be post by post, success and fail will be up to you on your part, how good a foe does will be chance on our part -Be respectful of other's characters -If you have a question, ask a question. Its in the rules even. -Keep character conflicts, in character. OoC conflict? Probably getting kicked out and replaced, don't need that junk. -Have a problem? Send a Pm, lets work it out before ^ -Have Fun.
I don't except walls of text for posts, and I know sometimes you just get a few lines out, but generally lets have a paragraph or so, unless you are conversing with another character.

Summary of the Story Thus Far
We have started to attend our school, like nothing out of the ordinary, a few move ins, a few move out. How little did we know that our lives would be changed forever by the events that would take place in the coming days...
Any Questions? My Character will pop up later this weekend. I will choose my persona based on what you guys don't, giving more options. ;)
That will depend on how many people poke their heads in, and the quality of their character sheet. If the quality of the characters is all acceptable, and we only get like 5 people, then it will be first come first serve, sorry for the last person, but they will have to wait. If it is posted up, and gets jumped on like chocolate cake at a kids birthday party, then I'll be a bit more picky about who makes it and what not.
