I'd really like to make a bard type character, maybe a class from the list with a musician profession or something.
Holy hot dang this sounds like a really fun RP. Count me interested.
Tempo had her game night playlist playing through her headphones; a sort of contemporary lounge/jazz soundtrack which fit the mood of card games perfectly. She knew that the others could hear it, so she might as well tone it down from her usual and perhaps have a more relaxed ambiance for the crew. As Dagger spoke, Tempo heard the words in the form of jazz lyrics, so they came across as smooth and almost romantic; a complete contrast to the actual content of what they said. This was probably why she was still relaxed in light of this alarming news. "Don't worry Dagger, my flying can totally raise that percentage up!"

Because of the music, her voice also took a break from her typical loud fashion, and while the volume of it was still high, she sounded far more relaxed than she usually did, as her words were spoken to the tune of the soundtrack. Tempo was proud of her flying ability, and she was completely certain that the Ghost Ship would definitely not have a pilot as competent as herself; since nobody she had ever met had quite a good flight playlist as she did. On the contrary, Tempo was completely on board with this adventure, and would follow Milos to the ends of the Cosmos if it meant more adventure. In all the time she had spent as the crew's pilot, not once have they come close to death, and have actually died. Not to say they didn't come close to death. Because they did. On many occasions.

The White Ghost Ship would be bound to have plenty of loot and plunder on it, considering how far it goes in order to not have anybody at all come near. It was probably using something very, very expensive to ensure no damage appears on the ship, which was another clue as to what bountiful riches they could come across. This was another thing that made her more confident about their chances. As much as she respected Dagger and their calculating ability, she still completely believed that nothing could beat pure human intuition, and her intuition was telling her that the Invisibles are the best crew in the entire galaxy, and nothing could ever stop them. Not even a 2.9% chance of survival.

Because I almost did. I was taken back into hospital with a bleed on the brain and have spent most of the last month in a medically induced coma. I'm all mended now (except for pain, but that will pass). Is anyone around that still wants to continue this?

Holy crap dude, how did that happen? It's awesome that you're still alive, wow!
Genie leaned at the back wall of the room, right next to Leia. At this point he sported a backwards cap and sunglasses, with a basketball jersey and baggy pants. He looked a lot younger as well, and with his only hand he threw a white ball covered in stitches up and down. As Leia spoke, he caught the ball in his hand, then pushed his shades down and looked at her.

"You got some beef with this guy or what?"

His accent was a heavy italian-american new yorker accent.
Edited my character sheet to fit the crew's needs more, with the help of the OP. Thanks, by the way, I feel like this is a better backstory for her.

I changed her likes, backstory, and extra notes if you want to know what exactly has been changed.
EDIT: This one too
EDIT: Disregard, I changed the sheet accordingly
Name: Tempo 1303-566

Age: 48

Position: Pilot of Milo's Crew

Appearance:

Likes: - Music with a hard beat
- Dancing
- Controlling the ship (and firing weapons) according to the beat
- Loud noises (as long as they fit the music)
- Exploration

Dislikes: - Silence
- Terrible music
- When she can't let the rhythm flow through her

Personality traits: Tempo is an energetic girl, who always has music in her soul, and music running through her ears. This doesn't mean that she can't hear others though. Despite the fact that the music blasting through her headphones are always on maximum volume, she can hear the other crew members through a program she had set up into her headphones where dialogue is played to her in real time without disrupting the rhythm. This makes it seem like dialogue becomes lyrics to her, which is awesome. She tends to fly the ship according to the music, which may or may not be comfortable, depending on what's on the playlist right now. Tempo is also really friendly, and really wouldn't mind having companions to listen to music with, which is not too hard considering the insane volume of her music basically allowing anyone in her immediate vicinity to hear it. This also means she talks really loudly as well.

Background: Tempo was born and raised in Colony 566, a colony that was built as part of a social experiment where citizens were subject to loud music at all hours of the day. After several generations of this, Colony 566 became accustomed to music, with everybody being raised to keep the music in the soul. Tempo joined Colony 566's Orchestral Force Cadets at the age of 24; which, despite the name, is the national military pilot forces of the colony. She had hoped to explore the galaxy as a pilot in the military, but after a few years in service, she felt that the rhythm she had with the Orchestral Force Cadets was never in harmony to begin with. Unfortunately, leaving the forces after having been expertly trained for many years in the art of flying and weaponry was far more difficult than passing the entrance exam to begin with. She could never explore the galaxy in a life like this, since her colony needed her to defend it. So she made the very difficult decision of deserting her colony, never to return. Of course, she stole a small military vessel in order to escape and so she ended up with a small bounty on her head. Because of this, she decided that she should just go big or go home, and join a life of piracy. And this was a decision she would never regret. A few short years later, she met Milos in a run down bar somewhere deep in pirate territory, and at that point her ship had been very well worn. Tempo needed a new ship (and some friends), Milos needed to build a crew, and the rest is history.

Notes: Despite having little to no experience in hand to hand combat, she can improvise as well as it fits the rhythm. For example, when there is a particularly heavy bass drop, she can hit quite hard, and she can make some rapid jabs if the tempo in her music picks up. Of course, when the music becomes symphonic she takes on a more relaxed approach. This is no good for landing strong attacks. However, she does in fact have great knowledge in weaponry, considering her military background; and can identify weapons based purely on their sound, even when her music might be a distraction.
I'm interested in this, I'll whip out a character sheet soon, I guess.
