It's an anime where these people are all trapped in a crazy prison and they all have the power to manipulate their blood in a suspiciously similar way to your character. I'm surprised you didn't know this.

I'm really sorry but I'm with the GM on this one. It seems like the GM wants this to be a somewhat high-casual RP, meaning he expects a certain quality in this RP. I can see this since he's one of the very few GMs that I have seen who actually give tips and pointers as to how one can improve their sheet. As well as this, it looks like you basically just straight up stole the powers from Deadman Wonderland, which doesn't say a lot of good things about your RP style. I suggest you look up tutorials on the internet on how to improve your writing, and then maybe apply what you've learned in future RPs?

Yeah, I'd prefer the North so perhaps in a neighboring state to Colorado, since we've have most likely escaped that dangerous region according to Malikoy.
I think it actually is winter, since in TWD, a few months after the start of the outbreak, winter did arrive. But yeah, closer to the Midwest could work as well; but it'd be interesting to come across a major city like New York at some point. I just don't want to end up in the same locations as the characters in the comics or the games.
I'm Not American either, but I have done a bit of research on Maine for a personal project of mine, lol.
Perhaps we start off in Maine, and we have to head down south since it's warmer, meaning we'll have to pass through New York which will no doubt mean that it'll be real chaotic.
