To clarify - The First Great Shinobi World War ended 20 years ago. It began years before that. The Sage was not alive for any of this. The Sage died about 4 decades ago. It's been approximately 40 years since his passing.

Personality: Kaido is a solemn soul, one who reserves himself from the outside world. He is often found with little or no company, choosing to save himself for those he deems worthy. He is a no-nonsense type of man, and isn't hesitant to walk away from people or situations in which he does not personally want to concern himself which, sometimes giving a rude impression to others. Although, he often seems aloof, disregarding the opinions of others as if they didn't matter. He is quite content with himself and keeping to himself when there is nothing substantial to entertain his curiosity.
Village: Uzushiogakure
History/Background: Kaido was celebrated within his clan for being born with the Shkotsumyaku. Many feared his power, as it was destructive and made him deadly. Kaido grew to respect this power, and allowed it to mould his personality in that manner. He became a reserved person, as not many could relate to one such as him. He showed much prowess as a fighter and, quite obviously, became a very skilled Shinobi as a result of his gift.

In his teen years as a Shinobi Kaido grew very tired of how his peers revered him yet others spited him for what he was given as a child. An anger grew within him, for he did not ask for this power, it was bestowed upon him. He realized the ignorance of the world and the misunderstandings that turned into conflicts between people due to their emotions, and closed himself off from much of the world. He slowly fell out of the eye of the Shinobi community after turning sixteen, and for a time did not know what to do with his skill and power.
The world took this as a sign of deceit, believing the Kaguya clan was retracting its finest vessel to be used as a tool of war, and were eradicated by surrounding clans and villages before they had a chance to present their case or testify on their own behalf. Kaido, who could have saved his clan, was nowhere to be found during or after the massacre. It is unknown how many, if any, other Kaguya were able to save themselves, but Kaguya, for his own reasons, did not come to aid his clan in their hour of need. It was not out of fear of persecution or even death, but to withdraw himself from wordly matters concerning the negative emotions that guided peoples' actions, instead choosing to abstain from even participating in a pointless, misguided bloodshed.

Kaguya became a wanderer, and hid his identity from the world for two years until he turned 18. He was living in a small village near Konohagakure, away from where his clan had once lived. He kept to himself for the most part, so one day when came a knock at the door, he was very surprised. After opening the door he was even more shocked when a very stern-faced child was there to greet him, hands behind his back and staring at Kaido with a very interested look of wonder in his eyes.

After conversing with an eight year old for what could have been days, he found that this was no ordinary child and his intentions were anything but childlike. He formed what was agreed to be a temporary union with the boy which turned out to last much longer than originally planned. He spent two years with Jin, learning of his ideals and dreams for the world, and while not a dreamer himself, he bought into Jin's thoughts and could relate to his disposition in some ways. This led him to his current point in life as Jin's personal bodyguard and each other's first friend, in some ways.

Name: Ajisai no Mai (Dance of the Hydrangea)

Effect: Kaido performs this Dance by removing his spine, sometimes performing a whip-like strike with it to anyone within a mid-range distance, then releases his spine which, from it, an entire skeletal structure will form, and ultimately take on Kaido's appearance, creating a clone of himself. The clone has an immense amount of defensive potential as it is made entirely of his Shikotsumyaku.
Weakness: The clone's formation is not instantaneous like most clone techniques, requiring a few seconds to form the skeletal structure and body of the clone together.

Type: Taijutsu
Effect: Kaido begins this dance usually qith a quick spin, lengthening his spine and tailbone to form a dense tail of bone, with a piercing blade-like end, sometimes choosing to form spikes along the tail. While spinning, the blade of the tail is slashed at nearby foes, usually aimed at the neck. His teeth are sharpened into large fangs that can be released from his jowels and regrown very quickly. Subsequently, he will lengthen the phalanx bones in his hands to form needle-like claws, the length of which varies wholely on the situation. Alternatively, his ulna bone will protrude through his skin along the side of his arm to form a sharp, sickle-like weapon while his radius will grow larger to support his arm. Rarely, he will form wing-like protrusions from hsi back which resemble the skeletal structure of a bat. While not capable of flight, the phalanges of the wings can be lengthened and used as piercing limbs. Occasionalyl he will form spikes from his knees or elbows as well
Weakness: This is a very offensive dance which relies on close-range tactics

Name: Shibazakura no Mai (Dance of the Pink Moss)

Type: Taijutsu
Effect: Using precision strikes applied to the target, Kaido releases his chakra into the opponent resulting in the calcification of the affected area. The process starts off as a slow hardening to the area, but as more blows are landed, the faster the process becomes. With two or more strikes applied to the same area, the calcification intensifies leading to a bony-white shell coating the location struck.
Weakness: Requires Kaido to hit the enemy at close-range, and requires successive blows to be effective.

Type: Taijutsu
Effect: Using precision strikes to calcified areas of the target formed with Shibazakura no Mai, Bara no Mai is a dance that is simple and fluid: by targeting weakened or previously damaged areas of the opponent (such as calcified locations) the user is able to deal crushing blows that are capable of breaking normal human bone, and will leave craters in areas that have been struck twice already by Shibazakura no Mai.
Weakness: Without Shibazakura no Mai this technique is simply heavy blows pinpointed at an opponent's weakpoint.

Name: Fuji no Mai (Dance of the Wisteria)

Effect: Kaido must begin this technique by closing the distance to his opponent as much as possible, or allowing them to get close to him willingly. When the opponent is within 3-4 feet from his chest, his ribs will lengthen dramatically in a very fast manner, in an attempt to impale the enemy and keep them stuck in place with his ribs crossed through their body so they cannot escape. Providing his opponent is impaled or still within close range and trying to react, he will cross his arms across his body, in the process both of his ulna will extend out from his forearms to form very sharp sickle-like blades, and while crossing his arms, will attempt to decapitate his opponent
Weakness: This is a daring tactic as it leaves his chest and face exposed

Name: Himawari no Mai (Dance of the Sunflowers)

Type: Taijutsu
Effect: Kaido strengthens his body by constantly creating more bone throughout his body to form a second skeleton just beneath his skin. This defensive maneuver is used so that when his body is damaged or pierced, it is met with a wall of bone to protect himself. As his fighting style completely revolves around Taijutsu and close-range tactics he developed this technique as protection of his body is imperative
Weakness: It is mainly a defensive maneuver and lowers his speed by a fraction

Kirino Takeda... I ask that you elaborate on her personality more, Beta. I would like to get to know my Kazekage more than that one paragraph. ^_^ Maybe speak of how the abuse impacted her psyche? No qualms about her Jutsu.

Suoh Kioku - How can he not enjoy the delight of the delicious kiwi?! His history does not blend well with this RP, he cannot have a Bijuu sealed in him from the beginning. This will need changing, however I like the character as a whole.

Ayano Koizumi - Accepted

Iyana Tetsujin - the 'Shade Covering' ability I am weary about... Closed Revolutions is barred from use until she becomes a Chuunin. I see the potential here, it is potent, however... ACCEPTED! I greatly enjoyed reading this CS.

Eiji Nazomeku - Jinsoku Wakare will be limited to two times in succession, and a minute between uses. Just to limit the abuse potential this technique has. Other than that, accepted.
