Maybe! ^-^ Tis totally possible. I say she is a villain because she'll just ignore laws but if she gets morality pets she might be steered one way or another. Purple/Orange morality is a whole different axis. ^^

@Paper Angel Nice, you know LeeRoy has a Hero made by an Eldritch being, he's not really on the Eldritch route of heroing, it's just his Origin story.

There's also a few heroes like mine, Eva Walsh who deal in the Supernatural, Anithar and fdeviant, Dedonous and a few others who I forget. Although it'll be mostly me and fdeviant who happen to have the most to do with that. While not Eldritch it may have our characters cross paths now and then considering our unusual dealings.@VATROU

And twould be pretty neat to run into other supernatural people. ^^ Eldritch stuff is kinda my domain and I have tons of super cool lore! -_^ Sooz we can have a lotta fun. ^^

Character Alignment: Purple -_^ (No joke really, she's totally not on the same axis. But you can put her as a villain since she's more a villain than anything else. >.>)

Identity: Unknown

Character Personality:  Maevnelzirkilanovilinakhiolintorvoksissilinorvilli has a maturity level comparable to a youngish adult human. She's impulsive, fun loving, and kinda insane by human standards though. She does pretty much anything she wants whenever she wants and has a blast doing it. She's extremely knowledgeable about random things and completely clueless about others and believes the best way to learn is to experience most of the time.  Maevnelzirkilanovilinakhiolintorvoksissilinorvilli is not bound by societal norms and finds 99% of human rules silly if she even understands the reasons for them. She also kinda doesn't seem to really feel pain or other emotions the quite same way as humans do. With that caveat though, her emotions such as they are, are very intense, just kind of alien and twisty. 

Uniform/costume:

Human Form: In her most human form Maevnelzirkilanovilinakhiolintorvoksissilinorvilli looks like a slightly petite human woman. She's a lil on the small side, only standing 5'2 and looking like she'd weigh 100 pounds soaking wet in her clothing. She's shapely in proportion to her figure but not ridiculously well endowed or anything. Her hair is long and falls down even a little past her waist. It's mostly white but changes into an icy blue color at the end of the strands, and a few strands here and there are purely that color. 

Human Clothing:  Maevnelzirkilanovilinakhiolintorvoksissilinorvilli's clothing is eclectic. What she wears depends on her mood from time to time and because her will can make clothing by itself tis pretty varied. Her favorite outfit though is pretty consistent. 
Head: Nothing, her preferred outfit has no head piece.
Neck: She often has a scarf, it is sometimes icy blue and sometimes silvery white.
Shoulders: She has a silvery white short cape the color of the moon that splits into six threads that twine out behind her.
Torso: A form fitting lower shirt of the same silvery white and then a second layer just over her chest with a darker gray color. Emblazoned on the chest of her second layer is a twisted symbol. Sort of like if you stuck a U on top of a T and then twisted the whole thing to the left and warped it.
Legs:  Pants with similar coloration, they are thicker than they look.
Feet: A pair of high grey boots


 Part Way Form: In this form she looks mostly humanoid still, but her hair has changed a lot. Tis no longer hair at all but instead a mass of long white and ice blue tentacles that  have variable mass and take up space like her hair did before. They are all prehensile and can grow and shrink on command. Wonderfully talented tentacles. Her eyes take on a faint blue glow and her features become strange. Looking at them for too long can cause a headache but there is something about her that makes it hard to look away. She's rather captivating.

Origin Info/Details:  Maevnelzirkilanovilinakhiolintorvoksissilinorvilli claims that she is the princess of a realm [with way too many syllables to write here] and the youngest daughter of the emperor of that realm. She says that she is visiting earth and that it tis her 'summer' vacation.  She openly claims this and behaves like that all the time. Most humans assume she is a larper or a cosplayer of some kind and humor her. Some think she is just a crazy metahuman with admittedly awesome fashion sense. (She's a character who is much easier to show than tell about. '^^)

Mistress of Time and Space:  Maevnelzirkilanovilinakhiolintorvoksissilinorvilli's kind naturally manipulate space and time. She can slow down or speed up time around her and can warp the fabric of space to teleport or alter her surroundings. This ability scales up as she changes forms. In her normal forms she can do a temporary bullet time type state where everything is very slow compared to her and other super fast beings and teleport mostly.
Inhuman Physiology:  Maevnelzirkilanovilinakhiolintorvoksissilinorvilli is not human and her  body works differently. If wounded and unable to heal she would bleed an orange fluid. Almost all of her body parts are extraneous. She mostly expresses irritation at wounds. Though it tis possible to hurt her, just hard. She's also a lot stronger and faster than she would be if she was human.
Psionics: Her mind is not constrained by the flesh and she can telepathically speak to and the read the thoughts of others. She can suggest and manipulate others minds but her kind does not have the power to puppet or control others, even those with simpler minds like humans.
It Will Not Die: Should Maevnelzirkilanovilinakhiolintorvoksissilinorvilli suffer a fatal or severe enough wound she will instinctively warp space and time around herself to restore herself to the state she was in several seconds before the blow. This can be both good and bad. It can save her in dire situations, but it can also allow her to be trapped in a loop of instinctive resetting.
Svillirax, The Dark Moon Shard A very flexible weapon that seems to be composed of solidified moonlight. It most often is a sword, but can become a whip, a scythe, even a bow that shoots arrows of eldritch magical energy. It is a weapon that is tied to her and changes with her will. It can block other special weapons and is pretty much vorpal. Tis normally in the form of a slender thrusting sword made from the silvery and bluish moonlight.

Weaknesses:
What's a Microwave?: She has big holes in her knowledge of earth and humanity. Such as not understanding what a microwave is. She's pretty gullible and will try almost anything a few times. She's pretty easy to trick.
Locked up: She can be locked up in a temporal loop if the right containment could be made for her or the right situation is met.
Orange/Purple Morality: She's not really playing the same game by the same rules. She'll save a kitten from a tree then torch the forest because she likes the pretty colors of fire. That's just an example. It can be kinda hard to relate to her and her relationship  skills are pretty bad with humanity because of understanding issues.
