If you are wanting the medic thing. Here is what I suggest.
Start off with some moderately skilled genjutsu and a basic understanding of Medical Chakra. I mean, we are in a little backwoods village. We wouldn't really have the training/education to teach someone to be a medic on the level of tsunade or even Sakura.
The whole point of being a Medic is evasion so you can keep your team alive. Focus on genjutsu to evade and then as the story progresses learn more medical jutsu to assist.
As for Uchiha, it depends on how you would do it. CHeck my sheet about Ryuu and his backstory for the Uchiha thing I would say. Tsunade...eh...I get the feeling that we really shouldn't try to 'mimic' canon characters. Make your own path.
