Banning Mexico from -all- conferences is a little harsh. Also...you are not painting yourself in a favorable light to the Nations of Europe. Stating that an alliance with European countries bans you from diplomacy in America essentially turns all European nations against you.

Same. If it is officially brought back up, I'd consider doing maybe a Saudi Arabia unless Israel opens back up. In which case I would want to be Israel.

Look at it in a good light. Some European powers are stuck in the war and can't reach their colonies. It'll be easy to take them down, and hell, you may get an island. You could totally attack the Dutch colonies in either Asia or the Caribbean. Or the Spanish colonies in the Caribbean.Although I'll assume you won't attack Asia because it's way harder to reach.

Pretty much this. The Netherlands are currently blockaded and won't be able to send any aide to their colonies. I send Mexico some transport ships, maybe a few troops, and take out the Dutch Indies. Mexico might get an island or two out of the deal.
