I don't really see why we even need to "justify" our IC actions in the OOC. We aren't our nations, so it's silly to try to take the moral high ground here.

I'll agree. Britain want's Dutch colonies. Wants to fuck over the main continent and be the Super Power. Wants Colonies to never stop being colonies. Etc.
