Tim appeared in a flash of energy in a seat, And began meditation, focusing on every thing around him both living and not. A dull glow formed around him, and would increase in brightness as he continues meditation. Tim began to make a low humming sound as he continued to meditate.

This RP takes place in the near future,about 50 years from now and starts after a rouge Russian scientist created a bio-weapon to use against the world in order th control it. During the manufacturing process it got loose and infected the compound, it spread out into the world initaly wipeing out 75% of the human population. 6 months later it mutated plants animals and people in to horrid abominations and drove them feral. This takes place one year after the initial release. And humanity has banded together for the most part into factions that constantly war for control of the planet. The factions are as followed: GUILDED HORIZEN, WOLVES OF GOD, THE VIRAK HORD, THE VIOSHEN BLAZERS, AND RAZOR CHICKS(only females).
Your character may have a prior affiliation with ONE of the factions, but it is not required.

You need to make a post detailing the exact premise of your plot, setting, as well as well as the information we were discussing in the interest check. I recommended editing that into the first post of this thread just so people know what the hell we're trying to do here. There is no such thing as too little information.
