Personality: William is usually calm and can sometimes get stressed out during a job, and he is quite humorous to talk to even though he might be the only one to understand his jokes. He doesn't anger easy which is why he is calm and looks on the bright side always even though it can get harder and harder. He doesn't angry often but when he does get angry it usually lasts for about a minute or two and then he's a okay.

History: After getting caught authorities were barley able to find anything on William he was so off the radar it was crazy he was just a face in the crowd who no one could ever see. All the authorities could find was his list of crimes, warrants on the name Static, and a death certificate for William Inglewood? They figured it was his own doing to hide himself from the spotlight.

WGUF-What Got You Famous: His alias slowly became well known with every job he did. He had hacked himself into many bank databases and transferred money to a secure account he made. Most of these banks were in Redwood where the rich folk lived, and you knew he was hacking you because if you tried to do anything with the bank database you would hear and see Static on the computer screen hence the name Static. A lot of gangs had his name up with a reward because they invested good money in those banks which is now in William's pocket. He was caught out of his own stupidity which was he tried hacking into the most secure building in all of Redwood the Narwhal Tower. William was challenged and would receive a major reward if he could pull it off, and at the time didn't realize it was a trap he tried and gt traced back to his spot and imprisoned.

Equipment: Transmitter around waist, bag full of supplies/tech, multi purpose remote control, headphones, H25x/mk1 Headset, knife on belt, watch, and clothes.

Powers/Abilities/Skills/Talents: William of course is really smart and that plays into a lot of things he can do (basically anything electronically). Running for most of your life gives a person great stamina as well as great leg muscles.

Weakness: He is only human and has no real means of fighting after he loses connection to his tech besides the one knife he carries and he isn't that strong but still can lift as much as the normal person.

Secret Hideout:

Hider

He comes here in his down time to basically just chill, and never hacks anything from here since it's his one true home.

Relationships: He doesn't have rivals just gangs that want his head.
