I have an opening for another thread or two and thought I would throw out a few plot ideas. First here's some basic info:

Other Notes:

Scout didn't need help getting back to her inn but she decided to let Tavish' son escort her anyways because she was very aware of her effect on him. She was blind but not completely oblivious. Scout heard the kids running around, whispering about her being a witch. It was honestly pretty funny.

"Woah, did you see that?" She pointed out in front of them then quickly tried to feign innocence. "I mean... I'm blind, so obviously I didn't see a Spirit. Even if I could see demon auras, which I probably can't, I'm sure it's fine. Maybe it doesn't snatch up children and drag them to hell. I'm sure you'll be okay Oswin. I hear they only attack ones that hang out with witches."

She continued walking along the path, trying hard to hide her grin.
"Two isn't always better than one, Tavish. I'm blind so I can't see how ugly he is." Scout said it like it was an obvious perk, but Tavish did have a point. Despite her constant bragging, Scout didn't actually have any suitors. Who wanted a blind woman when there were plenty of fully capable ones around. She had long since resigned to her future as a spinster, but that didn't mean she couldn't fake it in the meantime. Honestly it gave her more freedom anyways. Now she could do what she wanted without rammifications, and what she wanted was to someday take over her family's inn and make it even more successful. Picking on Tavish and the others in the process was just part of the fun.

"Oooh a gift for the enemy, Lucinda you saucy minx. You shouldn't have..." Scout grabbed a piece and took a bite but quickly paused. "...Uhghg!"

She spat it out and scowled at no on in particular.

"Oh, that was hilarious. How mature." Scout huffed, crossing her arms and leaning against the window looking annoyed. "I knew it was moldy all along... I was just playing, that's all."
"Hey Tavish. Wow things are really busy in here today. Oh wait, no, I meant to say that things are really busy at our inn today. Silly mistake." Scout was leaning in the open window with a mischievous grin on her face. The rival inn's were only a few yards apart and the blind girl enjoyed teasing the competition whenever she could. Life in a small town wasn't always the most exciting so she sought out entertainment in any form.

Her milk blue/gray eyes didn't focus on anyone in particular as she brushed a long strand of dark hair out of her face.

"We'll probably get most of the traveling merchants this week too because rumor has it the captain has a soft spot for young women. I know I can't see, but I suspect you're not quite what they have in mind, Tavish." She laughed with delight imagining the rough voice of the inn keeper coming from a buxom woman instead of the probably burly man. "You should sell us your Inn. I promise to take good care of it. I might even let the livestock stay here."

Scout laughed again as she smoothed out her pale blue dress and got ready to duck under the window ledge in case anything got thrown at her.

In an America ravaged by crime and overcrowded prisons,
the government sanctions an annual 12-hour period
during which all criminal activity -- including murder -- is legal.
Will you survive The Purge?

This purge focuses around a group of strangers, all of which find themselves stuck in the city for this years purge. They all take refuge for the night in the Hotel Noir which proudly boasts itself as a purge proof sanctuary. Unfortunately, nothing is entirely safe. The hotel is broken into by a group who collects people to sell at auction. The strangers must work together to try to survive the assault and each other.

Any interest? A small group of active players would probably work best.
Potentially interested in an OC.

RP Experience: 10+ Years
Strengths: Planning detailed plots, coming up with spooky mysteries, light hearted comedic timing, character/story development.

About You:

Age: +18 but close to my age would be awesome.
Gender: Doesn't matter
Characters you play: Either Male or Male & Female, but not just female. Ages are flexible but I usually keep them in the 20's.

Like the title says, I'm just looking for a writing buddy more-or-less. I love coming up with plots and brainstorming so if you're a fan of that we should get along great. Also I don't like forcing characters in certain directions so you won't have to worry about forcing romance or friendship or hatred. Bonus points if you like tormenting your characters a little bit and love flaws.
Yup!
Hey everyone. I'm on the fence with getting this rp started. I really like the idea but I think it might be a bit much to tackle alone, especially with so many potential players.
Okay the IC post is up! Good luck and have fun. If you have questions about your surroundings or objects or what you can do, ask me here in the OOC>
