Hm.

Found this while browsing pictures for Prudie. What would you do if you got a character like this?
How many characters do you think before you can start an IC?
I'd offer, but I don't actually get that much time online, only about every other day, so I wouldn't be able to help much.
Oh, thanks! (Posted my last comment before I saw yours.) I get the feeling my characters are going to be some of the youngest.
Desperately looking forward to playing this. Prudie especially will be fun.
I don't normally like playing two characters, but I couldn't decide which one to do so I settled on both.

Name: Dian

Nicknames/Aliases: Wick-Head, Parasite

Age: 19

Sex: Male

Gender Identification: Bisexual

Species: Litwick

Opinion on society[such as the enslaving of gijinkas]: He believes that gijinka exist to serve humans, as they would not exist without them, and is happy to do whatever is required of him.

Does your character have an owner[gijinkas only]: Yes

Appearance: (Clothing is the same as in the picture) The purple bit on his head stands on end and flickers like a flame all of the time, especially when he's tired.

Personality: Dian's always been polite and respectful to humans of all types, except for those whom his master disapproves of, like orphans and the poor, although he secretly pities them and tries to help when his master isn't watching. He's submissive and obedient, which other gijinka might call weak and wishy-washy. However, he doesn't usually get to have conversations with them about his independence since he looks down on rebellious or free gijinka, with the exception of his younger sister, whom he's constantly trying to convince of the importance of obedience. He's kind of shy when with his own kind (the obedient ones, anyway), but is very optimistic.

Past: He and his sister were taken from the orphanage and put into the program, Dian at age 8 and his sister at age 6. The woman who ran the orphanage was payed handsomely for taking care of them and gladly gave them up to a life of experimentation and slavery. They were part of a research procedure to find out whether age would have any effect on combining them with consequent evolutions, as well as testing whether they would receive the unique powers of their hosts, and how strong those powers would be. When they were released, the government and several corporations wanted Dian as a weapon for his ability to drain energy from others instead of eating, leaving a lot of the budget free and an empty husk in the enemy's stead. The "individual", however, would not approve this, and kept Dian on hold until a rich family put up an offer instead. This family, the Jelthers, (pronounced Gelterrs,) hired him on as their butler, treating him decently enough, especially since they didn't have to feed him as long as he siphoned off a bit of energy from passerby. As the years progressed, though, the view of gijinka changed, and the younger generation of the family began mistreating him. The grandmother (Mae), however, who was his primary master, disapproved of her grandchildren's actions and had Dian move into her private mansion. He works alongside a few other gijinka servants and some human staff who neither approve or disapprove of him as long as he doesn't eat their souls.

Move Set: Minimize, Curse, Psychic, Will-O-Wisp

Abiliy: Flash Fire
Name: Prudence "Prudie"

Nicknames/Aliases: Witch, Willow

Age: 16

Sex: Female

Gender Identification: Female

Species: Lampent

Opinion on society: She doesn't like humans thinking they have all the power over gijinka, especially since, technically, gijinka are more powerful, but she can tolerate it. She likes to think that maybe one day they can all help each other, but isn't really proactive about this idea.

Does your character have an owner: Technically, no. She lives with her brother in Mae's house and helps the staff out, but isn't legally the Jelthers'.

Appearance: (Again, same clothing as below) Always has to carry around the lamp as it contains her life force, only sometimes wears the hat. Her "batch" was made with abilities more in mind than appearance.

Personality: Mostly, Purdie's your typical teenager. She's attached to her brother, but can get tired of his tirades on gijinka dependence, and usually wanders around by herself. She's very curious and loves exploring Mae's huge mansion, which the woman kindly allows so long as she doesn't get in the staff's way. Unlike Dian, she's very capable of getting along by herself thank you very much, and is often sent out on errands in the city. She's not very friendly either, and is more serious than others her age, but can be sociable and isn't easily phased. When she goes to the city, though, she tries to ignore everyone, especially the begging gijinka, although sometimes the street kids show her cool places to go.

Past: She was with Dian and went through the same things he did up until the freeing, at which point she had nowhere to go. No one wanted the creepy, moody teenager who could sense death, except maybe a few doctors, and even those were rare since they didn't want friends and family of their patients giving up on medical help to mourn. When Dian was hired on by the Jelthers, she was almost given to the slave market, but the family took her in as a kind of surrogate daughter to prevent this. She was abused along with her brother in later years and moved with him to Mae's mansion when she left the main house. Mae has some of her staff tutor Prudie, and she's especially good at poetry, namely the dark kind.

Move Set: Smog, Hex, Pain Split, Dark Pulse

Abiliy: Flame Body,
For my birthday one year in middle school I was given a Nook to read various e-books on. However, I didn't use it as much for this as I did browsing the reviews for the Warriors books. At the time I was fairly into them, but my goal wasn't to learn others' opinions of them, it was to become a part of the roleplay that was going on in the internet-connected part of the system. All sorts of people were forming clans in the Warriors reviews, using the header as the name of their character, who could be a member of Ivyclan, Revengeclan, or Nightclan. My character, Sparkfoot, became the medicine cat of Ivyclan. I made friends, fought legendary battles, and translated prophecies from Starclan as Sparkfoot until the roleplay bug spread across the Nook network, inspiring a larger variety of plots and settings. Soon enough I was practicing swordplay at Camp Half-Blood, running alongside werewolves by a lake, and, eventually, playing the part of Zane in a Ninjago fan roleplay. This one in particular would effect me in unprecedented ways.

As I fought various enemies, hung out with Cale Fox, an OC and my character's best friend, and unexpectedly began dating Nya, Zane took on a life of his own, straying far from the original ice ninja's path to become a musician, inventor, shapeshifter, and human. Cale invited me to the roleplay being held in the comments of the hundreds of versions of Scarlet Letter, a sandbox-like area where anything was possible. During my first hour there, Zane broke someone's arm, had his guitar confiscated, and made several friends.

I started spending a lot more of my time there, developing Zane more, deepening relationships, until Scarlet Letter was my roleplay home. There's a long story that explains why I stopped using my Nook to roleplay, but to sum it up, it became too much. The people there were extremely dramatic, taking every little thing seriously, especially the massive amount of noobs showing up every day just to ruin our experiences. I started roleplaying online, still using Zane when I could, and varying between websites that either were too active for me to be able to keep up or almost completely dead. This is my current try, but I don't know how long I'll stay.

Throughout my participation in many different styles of roleplaying, I learned how to describe my characters and their actions, vary with my word usage, and, as I like to put it, "step into my characters' shoes". To this day Zane is my favorite character and I'm trying to turn his sort-of story into a graphic novel. Sparkfoot is also an important character of mine, despite the fact that I don't do Warriors roleplays anymore.
Definitely interested. I'll work on a form.
What book would it be starting in? Because maybe our characters could have their own take on and be helping out with whatever Voldy's doing at the time.
Someoooooone please jooooooin~
