Personal

Personality: Milo is surprisingly sadistic to his enemies, but hates to see people in pain. He's relatively easy to get along with because another twist is he'll catch a bullet for almost anyone he knows. Loyal to the death.

History: Milo wasn't considered the most athletic or coolest, but he always enjoyed carrying anything sharp. Enjoying them normally more than people, but that caused issues. This started the bullying, the bullying causing Milo to become shut in, and depressed. Having few friends he realized how important they were to him which is the only reason suicide didn't seem reasonable. Somehow though murder did, and that's what happened when he was 18 those people didn't last long to the blades Milo carried. He did it calm, cool, relaxed and in the most painful way possible letting good music from the early 2000's play.
Though he succeeded in the murder he did not succeed on trial, and trial is where he paid for the crimes being sentenced to life in prison, or life in the UNSC which clearly sounded better. Taking the latter option, he displayed enough skill someone noticed him choosing him for the Freelancer project.
