Yuuki Hiwatari
Tapping his foot anxiously, Yuuki looked around before he paced around the infirmary, looking at the wounded patients as he watched the other shinigami in the infirmary was healing the patients, as he on the other hand was studying their technique. Officially known as Kaidō he remembered, there was no names or number, and not even an incantation that was needed to be used to used it, as it simply healed those that were the recipient of the healing. Unlike regular Kido which was the output of reiastu and focused into a physical entity before firing it, Kaido was basically the guiding of the reiastu to restore the body instead and depended all on the control and skill. Similar to each other but completely different it was nerve-racking to Yuuki, as he although he was a Kido specialist or at least wanted to be, he was frighten of making a mistake that could be disastrous.
He walked to the door, where he stood out of the way as he looked at the nurses once again after contemplating on the works of Kaido... they all seemed to have either experience healing or had some other way of healing their patients. While he on the other hand was stuck there sweating nervously as he had absolutely no idea on what to do, besides from the basic-care taking which he was starting to be known for, as he was attentive to the patients and their needs. Making small talk with them and eventually learning what they like and dislike, he was able to make all the patients comfortable during their stay in the infirmary when he was there. Sure, it was hard work but he could only wish he knew how to properly use Kaido to help out even more but he was sure he would learn sooner or later, and it was going to sneak up on him. When it did he was going to be forced to give it a try despite what he may think of it then at that moment.

@Pie Flavor looks good. As it is I can say accepted just two things to add...small things don't worry xD Just put their rank as unseated in Squad 4 and also put (1) after the Zanjutsu, Hakuda, Kido and Hoho skills. That just shows the level they are at xD

He is never seen with a negative emotion that's on his face, generally being a bubbly person and rarely having a neutral face. The rare moments when a person catches him scowling or rolling his eyes would notice that he brighten himself up before talking to another person. However, penting up all these negative emotions while sooner or latter result in something disastrous later on in the future.
History:
Children of the Hiwatari clan are known for their specialization in Kido, and are powerful users being able to match other clans and their technique with their Demonic Arts. Yuuki being raised in such a clan was expected to be taken into the KidoCorps however, due to the lack Shinigami in the 4th, 10th and 13th squads was placed in the 4th. Although not as bad, as the either two it was a serious disappointment that a person of their clan did not make it to the Kidocorps. Flabbergasted in why he did not made it like his other peers, he was determined to prove that he was not a disappointment to the clan for failing in the one duty he had.

His name is Yuuki Hiwatari, and yes he is a guy but his feminine qualities allows him to easily pass off as a girl both by voice and body in the digital and real world.

An outgoing kind of person who is really social to those that he meets, he often spurs energy into his words and actions making them infectious to others. He often doesn't dislike people but it occasionally happens as he know he cant be friends with everyone, but it doesn't mean that he cant try. It is not a surprise to him that he is often told to be annoying as he agrees, often tiring people out with how much he talks in such a short amount of time. He often doesn't display negative emotions instead holding them in instead while leaving a mask of happiness on the outside. In the end it could prove disastrous as he can explode suddenly cracking as all the anger stored within him is released at anyone who is near him.
