Tuuj comes along with Ra an her arsenal of spammable Genjutsu that are applied with a literal wave of her hand and gets accepted. Also I was told I cannot layer custom Genjutsu? Can I hope to see to it that our GM staff is fair here and will impose the same limitation on Ra, who is MUCH more dangerous than Seijuro in terms of the Genjutsu department?

hmm, a few things.

For the Fallen's Eyes KG, I'm not sure why they need to be able to see chakra networks. I'm seeing that a bit too much often, which is weird since it's meant to be something monopolized by the Hyuga clan.

Hornet Style: Decapitating Scissor. You mentioned ice here, did you mean water? Since I'm pretty sure ice is something that can only be made through a certain KG.

Plasma Release: Asteroid. Some of the wording confused me here. "A concussion blast is released from Remi smashing two Plasma Release: Asteroid jutsus together." I don't really know what even one of these jutsu does, so it's quite hard to get a grasp of it's effect.
