I'm pintofwhiskey, you can call me whiskey, It's been a trying few weeks what with the quarantine and all. With that in mind, I need something to take my mind off of everything, I'm looking for someone to either do some fandoms with or original rps with some world building. As far as skillset goes, I'm not too picky, as I am not exactly the world's best roleplayer myself. I DO require that you are able to write at least 1-2 paragraphs, I don't mind if you can't write more than one paragraph, but no one-liners, I cannot stand them. They contribute absolutely nothing to the roleplay in my opinion, so I would appreciate if you did not do them. If you need longer to come up with a response that is fine, I prefer quality over quantity. With that out of the way, I'll go over some rules.
* 1-2 paragraphs: as I said, I need someone who can at least do one to two paragraphs. I hate one-liners and I can't do anything with them AND as I said I hate one-liners.
* Ghosting: Please don't ghost, if you have to stop just tell me and I'll understand, I've been guilty of this myself a few times due to loss of interest or other things, but I will do everything in my power to tell you that I have to stop. I would appreciate if you do the same
* Smut: No smut of any kind. I don't do sex stuff and I don't intend to start now. If our roleplay heads that way, I will only do fade to black. It's not that I have a problem with smut, I just don't see the interest in or romance for that matter and speaking of which.
* Romance: I'm not that good at it and I try to stay away from these types of roleplays. I will not dismiss it outright and I'm not entirely closed off to it. I'm willing to try it if you need it, but it cannot dominate the roleplay.
To top it all off when it comes to rps, specifically 1x1, I only do PMs, no discord, no threads, no exceptions. If you need to go over the plot with me, just start another pm. I only have enough free time as it stands for one rp at a time, so it's first come, first serve.

We are two estranged sisters in the era of Vikings, where magic is not highly looked upon. While it is accepted in other parts of the world, it is not accepted everywhere. The ruler of the land has outlawed magic and deemed that anyone capable of using it is put to the sword. Our father while not too fond of magic has been able to keep his magical daughter a secret until now. The ruler has found out and demanded he hand over his daughter, but like any parent who loves their child, how could he send his youngest off to die. He has found a way to keep his daughter safe by sending her to another part of the world where magic is more acceptable. The two sisters have been sent along with a group to see the youngest sibling off.
Five hundred years into the future, Civilization fell. It didn't happen overnight, but to those who still cling to long past days of bliss that are left, it feels that way. No one really knows how it happened or why, but society as everyone knew it was gone. War had ravaged the earth leaving it scarred and almost barren, nations were left crumbled and their citizens scattered due to famine and war. Thanks to the level of science humanity had reached before the nuclear fallout, the blow it had suffered had been mitigated by a small amount.
Technology had not received the same fate as most of humanity's inventions like cars, trains, and planes had fallen into decay. Anything that had required parts from long before the war or heavy maintenance had been left to rot. Reduced to bows and swords save for a few dozen firearms, they were hard to come by as guns require the upkeep that would be hard to maintain. People became wanderers, merchants selling secrets for better survival, nomads, or those choosing to live by the sword as hired guns or bandits. Even though they were forced to live in small tribes and communities, humanity did as it always does, it endured.
After several years of famine, the earth had begun to heal, although some parts of the earth were beyond healing. civilization had started to bounce back even if only by a little. Mother Nature claimed what was originally hers as vegetation started to grow in the now-abandoned cities. Habitats sprung back to life leaving animals to claim some of them and without the threat of extinction, animal life had thrived. Society had taken the chance to build three sanctuary cities around the places that life had returned. Resources were not a problem as people who lived in the cities were assigned jobs from explorers to soldiers, to doctors and the latter. To keep from overpopulation, the cities only let small groups of people from the outside in once every fifty years on a first come first serve basis
Since the days of old, human beings have always been preyed upon by those creatures that dwell within the world in the shadows. For century's mankind was helpless to the might of the creatures of the night, and it seemed these dark forces may reign forever. Humanity was on the brink of destruction until the intervention of a clan of warriors comprised of the most skilled fighters, tacticians, and inventors from everywhere around the globe came together with the purpose of hunting and destroying the creatures of the supernatural that would cause humanity harm. As the centuries passed this clan of warriors became an organization known as The Slayers, a group of men and women dedicated to hunting the supernatural creatures that harmed humans.
Centuries have passed since the founding of The Slayers, and their existence is necessary to keep the human race safe. An experienced Slayer by the name of Mathias Blackwell is one of the organization's top Slayers and has given half his life to the order. Mathias adopts a group of children and trained them in the ways of a Slayer in order to carry on his legacy. Now the kids are in High school and must deal with hunting creatures of the occult as well as dealing with the trials of everyday High school life.
The premise of this idea is that we are an adopted family of demon/supernatural creature slayers. THIS one I'm actually open to romance on.
