I'm sorry to say, but after complications with two different posters. We will be restarting the forum, if any time to make changes to your character or leave the RP it is now. I'm hoping with a new posting order it will go much faster! Hope to see all of you.

* BY JOINING THIS RP, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOUR CHARACTER IS PRONE TO DEATH, AND MAY BE KILLED BY THE CHANCE OF PROBABILITY.*

Well, then I'm out. Feel free to kill my character and have others go on. It's one thing to put players in difficult situations, make things harder or easier on them as the story advances according to what was planned and what was roleplayed, and quite another to roll for death on your own just like that, no matter what system you used. The whole "story progression" thing is bullshit, you can craft a story without actively forcing anything like this, this is you choosing to kill a PC in the crappiest way possible. I hope you all have fun, I do, this was looking to be pretty cool, but I don't really want to play with a GM who's just gonna roll dice behind the screen and declare who dies.

I wish you luck your affairs, even though you have argued with me back and forth on so many topics. I've wrote that this was going to happen ALOT, and I have clarified this ALOT.

I'd expect, you know, player agency. Choice, effect, roleplaying to determine what happens. Not the GM going "WELL SOMEONE NEEDS TO DIE" and then rolling to see who bites the dust while taking it out of their hands entirely without even allowing a save roll, nevermind that there's no way to determine that it was indeed a proper roll that killed them instead of GM whim. This is awfully forced, even with the option of churning out another bio.

In this sequence of probability. I took the characters names, and assigned them a number. I then made a list with these numbers. The list contained strikes, and who ever had their number rolled gained a strike. Which ever person reached ten strikes first was to be the character that was used for this event. This is also the same method I will be using to a very good fortune for the brotherhood later on.

I've wrote multiple times, that this was going to happen. That events of misfortune and FORTUNE were going to come players way via probability. This doesn't mean that someone is going to die in the next post, it means it's going to be soon. The fact is that the death that i'm planning is important to story progression. I didn't want to have to put the burden by favortisim, so I use a rolled dice. Obviously, this is one of many future events. Events are made by: Choices, decisions, other characters, storyline and probability. It has nothing to do with wanting to kill someone, it helps move along the story and develop certain characters.

...so you're just gonna roll and see if a player dies just like that? Wow. That's pretty shitty.

Player deaths come in at certain points in the story, this was already established. They fall into the plot-line, it's just most often a question of who is made into the example.

The first player death is coming up very quickly, it's going to be rolled by probability. I'd like everyone to keep in mind, that if your character is killed you are free to make another one.

Would anyone be opposed to me changing my characters Alias to fit more with the other groups, at the time I didn't realize the one word motif everyone was going with.

I'm a bit confused by this, as I liked your Alias. The brotherhood alias seem to follow the format of two words. This is solely up to you though, just PM the new Alias. And I'll considering granting it.
