Aphrodite walked in the rain all the way to town, ignoring every sensation her body had telling her to go back. That Adley wouldn't go through a pouring down rain just to see her, though something in the pit of Aphrodite's stomach drove her forward. Just to be able to see Adleys face was going to make the whole effort worth it. Though, she didn't' really know where any of these feeling's were coming from and why she seemed to be so obsessed over Adley. So many things were new to Aphrodite, she had never felt this way before towards someone, she didn't know what to do.

With only her jacket keeping her relatively dry and warm Aphrodite continued on through the mud, soon she was able to make up the light's of the town and she all but ran towards it. Now all she had to do was find out where Adley was, hopefully her new friend would be excited to see her and not ask questions about why, even though they had only known eachother for a short time, Aphrodite would trudge through mud and rain just to be able to see her.

With the last image of Adley sitting on her couch with a glass of wine in one hand and a bright smile on her face in Aphrodite's mind she went and started to look. There were only a few hotels in town that she new about and it worried her that maybe the reason that she hadn't seen Adley was because she had already left and moved on to another town. Was she already hanging out with someone else, loneliness creeped back into Aphrodite's mind and she wanted to just sit down and cry at the fact that the woman who had made her act in such a way as to fight through rain to get to her, something she had never done before, might be gone.

Just as she was about to get up she saw her, leaning against a window and starring out into the rain. Aphrodite wanted to jump with joy and she felt her heart do a complete 360. All the loneliness and everything else left her instantly like the mud on her boot's. The rain seemed to just wash it all away, walking into the bar she went over and since the door was behind Aldey. Aphrodite was able to sneak up on her, or she thought she did at least.

With a gentle tap on the shoulder all Aphrodite could think about was throwing her arms around Adley and pulling her into a hug just wanting to feel her in her arms. What was this weird feeling that was coarsing through her as Adley slowly turned around. Temptation to actually tell her how she was starting to feel, or whatever she was starting to feel. Was it Aphrodite just being nervous, in either case she couldn't exactly back away anymore.

It was all or nothing now.

Now I am off to work, Have a good night!
Hearing how Ivy didn't eat made Harley look at her a smile, "Alright red, I will figure out something." she said and listening to her talk about the old shed. She had caught Ivy starring at her out of the corner of her eye before their eyes locked again. "I will have to fix my hair before I go anywhere, uh...this water is going to kill me one day." she said jokingly and started to laugh again as she followed the stone path. "Thanks Red, I owe you one big time for letting me stay here." she said making sure to follow the path and avoid the flowers. Without being able to tell what was friendly and what was dangerous she thought it was best to avoid all the plant's together.

Hopefully Ivy would be able to show her which ones were which, though for now Harley was soaking wet and her clothes were starting to stick to her skin. Looking back she still saw how little Ivy was wearing, only a red shirt really covered her with her plants doing the rest down below. It intrigued Harley in a way she didn't think possible of why Ivy would wear so little. Right then though Harley was more worried about her clothes and she realized she didn't have anything.

"Actually how about you show me around instead, I don't really have a change of clothes or anything. Lost my bag on the way here." she said before feeling a plant snatch her bat away. Harley looked at the vines, "Hey..." she said obviously angry. Harley looked at Ivy and then back at the plant, "Give it back you overgrown weed." she said and then covered her mouth. Harley would have to tread carefully with how she treated the plant's around Ivy.

"Sorry..I didn't mean it Ivy. I don't like things taking my things." She said a bit worried of Ivy's temper. She had stayed with Ivy before of course, though without having much time to focus on the plants it had been easier. Now it was going too be much more difficult with all the downtime.

"Just...never mind. Keep the dam thing, I will find something else." she said straightening her wet skirt. Walking over she just stood next to Ivy, her hair was ruined and she grabbed the bow ties she used to make her hair into ponytails. Pulling them out her hair fell loosely around her. The red and black tips looked like highlight's in her hair with how it fell. "So, about that tour of the place."

Living with Ivy wouldn't be the worse thing in the world, Harley could get used to the water and maybe she could actually have a friend instead of someone that just seemed to tolerate her right then. It was a long shot, but Harley wished she had someone at least. Everyone else seemed to have someone, now she was all alone. "So Red, how come you have never dated anyone?"
Hope you like it, let me know what you think. I thought it would be interesting to add in rain.
