@BlackPanther I like that actually. Thanks man.
Unrelated question but... Anyone have any suggestions for naming monsters? My Nano Project includes players trapped inside a virtual reality MMO. (Yes, originally inspired by SAO but I'm going way off the rails in creating an original story) The current monster I plan on having these guys face is like a centaur gone horribly wrong.

Lower body of a giant spider and upper body of a gorilla. Mean, ugly, and they attack in swarms. I can't think of a name for them that I like.
Everyone having fun so far?
Ryan needs a break and a beer.

And on an unrelated note and just cause I'm proud of myself. As of five minutes ago I broke 17,000 words in my NaNoWriMo project this year and it's only day 7. This is awesome to me. :)
I want to post but I think I should wait on Emperor and Visionary to respond?
Cars sucked.

Cars really sucked.

Having to drive a car sucked like a hoover that just got a shot of NOS.

Gareth sighed and cranked the wheel to the left, turning down a small alley. The wide truck barely fit between the buildings but he'd had plenty of practice, and he'd torn off the side view mirrors the first time down that alley so it didn't matter anymore.

He stopped the truck below a fire escape and threw it into park. It took a little maneuvering but he was nimble and within a minute he had the keys in his pocket and had slid over the drivers seat and into the back.

The rear window slid open and he forced a duffle bag packed with supplies through the narrow opening. The bag landed in the bed with a loud thump and he quickly followed it out, pausing a moment to listen for the telltale sounds of the dead.

Nothing.

He grabbed the bag and pulled the strap over his head before he jumped and grabbed hold of the ladder dangling from the fire escape. Five minutes later and he was pushing up the window on the fifth floor of the high rise and slipped into the dimly lit apartment.

Blue Oyster Cult's (Don't) Fear the Reaper was playing on the static filled radio and he couldn't help a grin.

"Looks like Z has good taste in music still," he called out. "Come on in, Felicity. I found some ravioli while I was out."

Without waiting for a reply he dumped the duffle bag onto a table and started pulling out canned food and other various sundries.
I haven't seen or heard anyone use the term "awesomesause" in ages. You have restored my faith in humanity, my friend.

EDIT: Also, I have not officially established whether or not Felicity is currently alone. So, if you want your character to be a part of her current group, be my guest. It would certainly make things interesting already.

*bows* a pleasure to be of service.

And that's cool I could do that. I could totally be her starting body guard, just really hope I don't get eaten by a zombie baby...
Awesome saucery
Brought Emperor and Visionary into the conversation. :)
"Hey, wait up a sec!"

Mai'lo stopped as a new voice intruded on his awareness and he realized that he'd been walking on autopilot. Luckily the group appeared to have kept pace and the gates of their destination city lay just ahead down a short hill and across a field.

Turning he saw the new player running up to them and vaguely remembered seeing the guy as they were wrapping up their earlier battle. In his grief he had completely forgotten to talk to the man though.

"Sorry," he said as the kid came to a stop next to him. "I remember seeing you at the battle but I forgot to introduce us." He continued walking and introduced the rest of the group. "This guy's new to us too," he added with a gesture to Visionary.

"As far as I'm concerned you're both welcome to travel with us, but I think it's a group decision. Why don't we get inside somewhere safer than standing out here and we can all talk it over?"
