Chuckling at the angel's enthusiasm Kuro follows close behind him as the move to a good take-off point. 'Well, this should be something “different” at the very least. I really hope Dani knows better than to feed while we're there, because I know he must be getting hungry, but it's mid morning, and Aoba. .. .I don't want him seeing that. I know he's rather accepting of our so called “oddities” but something like feeding while he's around. . .' Kuro looks to the angel, then towards town, and he knows that, soon enough, he too will have to take a night trip into town. . .
Scooping up the smaller male he takes off, the cloak falling into place around them, and after a moment Dani follows suit. So excited to be going somewhere Dani flies around, over, and under the other two, showing off that he's far more maneuverable. 'Well, he's done a lot more flying and fighting than I have, so of course he is, though right now I'm not trying, and I have a delicate package' With this thought he gives his burden a little squeeze and locks his eyes forward. Dani notices being ignored by his little brother and instead comes in close and taps Aoba every so often, showing off how good a flier he is by never forcing Kuro to change his fight path while doing this.
'I wish I could carry the t- Aoba. He doesn't look that heavy, and I've picked him up before, it wouldn't be that hard. I could even revert so I'm not smaller than him' Dani pouts quietly to himself as they land, shaking off the cloak on all but his wings, tucking those in tight so they don't bump into anything. He is use to this however since, even in hell, he hardly ever puts them away.
Kuro's head perks up as he spots more people on the streets than usual and he smiles a little as he feels Aoba scootch in close. He nods in reply to the question and begins following the angel. 'I wonder what's going on today. It can't be a festival or anything because that would be held on this main road here so people going through town would see it. . .Maybe it's the mayor's birthday or something. . .' The people indeed seem in a celebratory mood as they walk around laughing and calling out to one another. A few even seem to have already dipped into the the party ale and sound a little tipsy. However his attention is caught but something more worrisome than a few drunk humans. As Dani begins wandering off his little brother snags his sleeve and pulls him in close. Dani squeaks in protest and a few people look at Kuro a little more harshly than usual, seeing the motion as abusive to the “poor boy”.
“What what!? I haven't eve-” Dani whines, but Kuro interrupts him.
“I know, you haven't done anything yet, I just want to warn you that if anyone turns up dead mid day in a town this small while us new “Weirdos” are visiting, you could get us in big trouble, and I would not be very happy about that.” He hisses this as softly as he can, twitching his finger so the collar tightens slightly to put an edge on his point. Dani pouts openly about this new bit of info, knowing that his day is not going to go the way he wants it to now that he can't recharge. He doesn't promise anything but as Kuro lets him go he decides that getting them kicked off the farm would suck before wandering off through the crowd.
Kuro quickly returns to Aoba's side, smiling warmly down at the angel as they make their way into the supermarket. Once inside the cool air rushing across his still sweaty skin and he lets out a sigh, shivering slightly. The people inside seem much more subdued than those outside, except for the occasional group of teens and twenty something year olds who are checking out with soda and beer respectively. “Maybe the local school won some sort of competition or accomplished something amazing or something. . .” Kuro murmurs softly to Aoba, taking a guess at what's up with the town today.
