Current My roleplay is all tabletop these days, and the part of the guild I used to hang out in doesn't exist anymore. To my friends from this site, I will think of you, and maybe I'll see you again someday.

To my friends from chat: I guess I'll see you around, since I'm still not using discord.

I don't actively RP on the site these days, but I might be convinced to come back if there's a cool fantasy or sci-fi group RP that can capture my interest. Catch me on Second Life, Wildstar, or Chat.

My life has gotten really chaotic. I'll be back to RPing when I can.

I need a good generic fantasy RP, but I can't find one.

It's Morrowind, not Marrowind. Can be confusing, I know, especially with so much bone used for everything there :P I'm fine for any of the time periods of those three games, but keeping it to Skyrim or Oblivion would probably make it easier on people who are newer to the series. I played Morrowind for like three years, I know that game inside and out.
It's all about the Dark Brotherhood, yo.
I'm sorry, I don't normally do this, but the spelling is bugging me too much.

It's "Amongst", not "Amungst". That might be hurting your odds of finding players, you may wish to change that.
Just as a bump / update, I'd like to mention that I'm interested in group RP stuff as well, including mature / 18+ groups. Before you tell me that those aren't allowed on here, I'll point out that you can have a group involved in a private convo and that it can work quite well.

Anyway I've got a few ideas for such groups, ranging from more traditional sword & sorcery settings to some more strange ones, including one that involves mechs. By all means, please ask if you're curious.
Colour me intrigued.
Sorry about being slow to reply, busy weekend.

I used to like adventure time, but it feels like it takes itself way, way too seriously now and I just don't find myself enjoying it anymore. I've pretty much stopped watching it, I feel like it's wandering further and further away from what made it good in the first place.
I'm interested in the first two. If you need a savage, tribal warrior-type character, I can do that.
Not sure how I'd describe my style, but I'm quite capable as a writer. My spelling and grammar are almost always correct, and I would probably fall into the advanced category if I wrote more per post. I find I usually like to write 1-2 paragraphs, sometimes more for openings / setting the stage and sometimes less for fast-paced action scenes or back-and-forth dialogue where the alternative would be to chew the scenery into fine sawdust or throw in a flashback for no real reason.

I find that I almost without exception prefer OCs to canon characters, though I'll admit I have a weak spot for canon characters that have an AU spin on them. As for what Western animations I like, that list is fairly long. Steven Universe and MLP are some of my favorite ones that haven't ended yet, and for older ones I'm a huge fan of Megas XLR, Motorcity, stuff like that.

I'm honestly hoping to find some RP that isn't dirty / x-rated, since that's what most of my current stuff is. I love it, but I'd like some variety too.

Hey there. You seem like you'd make for a fun co-writer. I'm a fan of the sci-fi and fantasy themes as well, as long as they don't get too bogged down in the details of the world or its mechanics. Not sure whether I'd be as interested in the western animation theme or not, having just had more experience with the "eastern" animation in my younger years, and I tend to pull ideas more from novels/television/movies now days. But I can get into anything if the story and characters are compelling. As a precautionary measure, before I get all "Ooh! Pick me Pick me!" on you, I have to warn you as a precautionary measure, if you're a big fan of frenetic pacing, you're probably not going to be as big a fan of me. I generally stay highly busy, and a post a day, or even every 2, is generally more than I can pull off. I have been told I write at an advanced level, but due to my attitude toward RPG I usually think of myself as a casual player. If none of that scares you off though, please PM me or respond back with some of your ideas, as I'd love to talk out new games.

Well I don't think you'd be a good fit for the group RP that I mentioned at the bottom, but I'd be open for some 1x1 ideas if you have any.
I'd like to point out that these people are national heroes and stars, guys. As a result, there's going to be biographies published on them if they haven't written an autobiography themselves. Them not wanting to talk about their past is one thing, but that information would be out there for anyone who actually went looking for it, so it doesn't make any sense to just skip it in that field on the profile.

Likewise with personality, even if it's just a brief overview, people are going to have a rough idea how they act. Pick any famous musician of the modern era, do about 10 seconds of research and you can find some basic personality traits, even if it's just 'reclusive'.

Don't take the easy way to skip out on this, guys. Its not our characters that are reading the profiles, it's the players. If we know more about the other characters, we'll have an easier time putting them in positions where they all get a chance to shine.
