Was that said somewhere? If so I missed it, and point buy is a lot more fair online since it basically means it's impossible for anyone to cheat on their scores, and nobody starts with a glaring advantage over anyone else as a result of luck. I'm gonna hold off on doing my stats until I get some sort of response from the OP on how they want to do it.
Also, I don't think I've seen the Aelfborn race before. What book is that from?
How are you determining ability scores?
Also, what feats and skills did you grab?
I'm guessing we're using point buy for stats, since it's the only way to ensure no cheating. How many points are we starting with?

Honestly, these days I'd probably be more interested in a Wildstar one.
If there's still room in this, I would be THRILLED to play a Kobold. I love those little bastards. One question though, is there a reason you're using 3.5 over Pathfinder? Most people I know who have played both prefer Pathfinder, so I'm wondering if there was something specific you preferred with 3.5
I'd love to play a Kobold trapper of some sort though. Kobold are good at that anyway, and I quite enjoy inventing bizarre things. I would be good at that.
I will say though, I don't mean my comment in any sort of disrespectful way regarding the death of it's creator. I may not like that work, but that doesn't mean his death is any less sad.
