I've been roleplaying since I was 11 years old. Back then I wrote stories in notebooks with a friend, we passed them back and forth in and out of school whenever possible. My first online RP experience was when I was 13. To this day, I still chat with the guy who introduced me to the site, he's my best friend.
Both my interests and preferences widely vary, from original ideas and characters to fandoms and canon, in all sorts of genres. Please message me if you're curious and I'm happy to answer. I prefer to stick to PM and/or Discord (preferred) for roleplays, for several reasons that I'm glad to share!

Don't worry, I'm not that way. Actually...I'm moving out where he's stationed in the Army this next spring, we've been friends for over 2 years and things just happened. He's amazing just the way he is. :)

Well...I haven't posted here since shortly after the relaunch. Although it is my fault - mostly I stick to PMing and not publicly socializing.

I am! Mine is also a fantasy, centered around the elements and an imbalance of space/darkness/night that threatens to throw the world into chaos. It's a lot better than I'm making it sound.
Like you, I'm also re-using some characters from a series of RPs I did through Middle and High school with a good friend. We've got a collection of 25 or so notebooks from those years.
It's been a chaotic month unfortunately and I haven't been able to write much. Not sure if I'll finish, might just scrap it this year and completely restart next year.

I know it's been a few days since anyone has posted about this, but it is not just a personal computer issue. I have now tested it on several different computers and browsers (even mobile browsers such as Opera Mini and Safari - just to make sure) and it is the same on all of them. Just wanted to jump in and let the admins/mods know.
Personally it doesn't make a difference, I RP via PM, but I was just scrolling up and down yesterday (Sunday) and noticed it, came here to report it, and saw a thread had already been posted about it! Thanks!

Wow...been a lot of activity around here in 2 weeks. This is what happens when you're sick as a dog that has eaten an entire block of cheese and has to go to the hospital.

I'm 21, wear glasses (from reading so much), and pay bills. Someone asked me when I was hanging about with my mother, "Oh, is this your older sister?" That just pisses me off. She is turning 51 goddamn years old. That makes me feel totally unflattered. Frucking sucks.
