As taffy isn't really a main character and the big dumb guy isn't either I wasn't describing everything she has done just as you haven't described everything the dumb guy has done unless he is with you. for this reason I have made it so we don't know what is happening with taffy and the dumb guy unless we go outside and find out.

i thought two things1) - she noticed her shop ransacked of anything valuable and so wen to quickly look around to make sure no-one was still there,2) "The big lump Dumb " I was thinking he was dumb and so despite being told not to follow might get worried or interested or distracted and for some reason come out of hiding

Also a hocrux would require other human sacrifices in order to work. So if that is your suggested route, you'd be considered rather evil.
