*timidly outstretches a gloved hand, the fingerless lace coming to rest on his palm as she loosely takes his hand, warily trying not to scratch him with her naturally long, unpainted nails, allowing him to help her shakily to her feet, feeling once again dazed from the abrupt collision as she was skipping in a daydream after being similarly dazed after awakening from her nap, leading her to, in conjunction with being socially inept, start trembling a little, her eyes blinking up at him a little fearfully, blushing with shame* A-ah... I'm sorry...! >///< Are you alright~...?
@Serum Well actually, I was originally going to make another sort of mini-reference/easter egg for Lucky Star in the IC~ :3 IRL I own a stringed pouch of the Lucky Star commercial kitty (as I call it - I don't know if you've seen the show, but the kitty I'm talking about - whose body comprises solely of a head and tail sometimes used as a hand to cover its mouth during its oddly squeaky but adorable yawns - never actually appeared during any of the episodes, only just before and after the commercial breaks)~ This was going to be the pouch my chara keeps her seemingly enigmatic handheld gaming console in (just as I used to IRL, before I upgraded to the 'new'est model which doesn't fit)~... But of course I love bunnies the mostest, so went with that~! :3

EDIT: About your latest IC post (to which I should really be responding immediately instead of discussing here), I just imagined the bumping-into-a-stranger scenario as being shot from a low angle close to the pavement and focusing on Yamamoto-san so that all you can see of the stranger (who I think can safely be assumed to be me) is the shoes, lower half of calves and hem of the dress, but then cuts to an angle looking from over Yamamoto-san's shoulder at the stranger to see it's in fact a random old man or something~ XD WHY is my mind so accursedly whimsical~?!
No-no-no, I should have started there too, as I knew from your CS that of course it only makes sense for you to be there so I should have, as the GM, provided a more suitable starting point~! Your foresight was perfect - it was simply I who was too far behind~ (Even from the very beginning, and of my OWN rp~! Oh, the shame~... T///w///T )

Also~...

I BELIEVE IN US. I BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF YOUTH.

Might Guy would be proud.

I cannot tell you how happy I am you got the reference~! XP

EDIT: Ooh, that "I" in italics amidst ordinary text looks a bit more like a forward slash than I had anticipated~... Oh well~! :3
*feeling something soft and fuzzy on her cheek, murmurs sleepily as she gradually opens one of her cherry eyes to see a bunny nuzzling into her* Mmmph~...? o.-
*blinking herself more fully awake, sits up and gazes around dazedly* Ahh~... (It seems my afternoon nap went on for a little longer than I had intended~...!) >///ω///<
*suddenly giving a little gasp, she reaches to her side to unzip a stringed pouch in the shape of an anime-style bunny face hanging from her shoulder draping across her well-concealed chest, and withdraws from it a handheld gaming console, noting the green of the LED light and in response smiling with satisfaction* (Yaaayyy, another potential puzzle piece~! Someday... someday I'll finally complete that one~...!)
♪ ^///ω///^
*springs to her feet, eager to return home, skipping through the blossoming trees with some difficulty in her pink and white kitten heels with multiple overlapping straps similar to those of ballet shoes, but carries on out of the meadow and into the town with a cheerful smile despite the slight pain and ever-looming fear of tripping, determined to continue for the cute factor*
Okay, phew. Actually, thanks for letting me know that. I always like to know when something I've said of written causes an emotion in people, happy or sad, jubilant or frightened, or wistful. Or, y'know, if I said something funny. It's the reason I write: it lets you touch other people's lives from miles and miles away, maybe without ever even talking to them.

*sniffles, dabbing at her eyes with a lacy handkerchief* Th-that's... so beautiful~...! Q///w///Q I shall ensure your words are someday engraved upon a plaque, as a reminder to the people of Bunnyville exactly why we are here~!
Ah, in regards to the residents, it seems most people are currently absent, so for the duration of this evening it seems to be just us~ ^.^ In that case, even though I foolishly left myself essentially comatose in a field with no motivation to go anywhere else or do anything and therefore felt stuck, I shall try my best to work with you and keep the IC active~! *poses valiantly with her hands on her hips and a fiery look in her eyes* THE POWER OF YOUTH~!!! >:3
@Serum Oh, no worries~! I smiled the whole time reading that~ :3 Looks like we're off to a strong start~... XP
@Serum Kyaaa, Cherrim is one of my favourite Pokémon~! ^.^
Also, um... Are our charas in separate parts of the world~? For me it's sunset, but for Yamamoto-san it's around noon~? Sowwy if I seem incompetent~...
@Serum Boss~? ^.^ Heehee, I don't really see it that way~ We're all equal here~! :3 All suggestions are appreciated, and I may even try to 'evolve' my style so everyone used to the classic novel style can feel more at home~!
@Serum Ah, sorry~! I must have misunderstood~ >///w///<

Does this exclude third-person novel-style writing as well? Because while that is where I'm most comfortable[...]

This made me think you wanted to write in third-person to be more in your element, which is why I made that suggestion~... Um in a more straightforward answer to your question, yes that's perfectly fine and is what I prefer, so I'm glad~! ^.^
@Serum Um well as you may have noticed, I'm actually fine with the use of "him/her", even though the point of my style is to be as first-person as I can - sometimes it's unavoidable~ I'm sorry if you're not as accustomed to my style, but really I think you could pretty much get away with writing in third-person at points similar to my use of "him/her" when I have to; as long as you still make use of the starry thingies (*) etc. I'm usually quite happy~! :3
