Alister
Alister was out at the novelist company that had him hired to submit his novels so he could get paid, he had just finished another one of his novels called 'The Blue Skys We Never Get To See' It was a novel about how a young child grew up most of his life inside of a room and never got to go outside and the room had a high window in which he could only see the blue sky everyday yet he was never allowed out of the room because of his abusive parents and then one day he was finally allowed to after the authorities found out about him because another child told their parents about the child who was locked up and those parents in turn told the authorities, it was a very riveting and sad novel yet an inspiration for all of those who felt like they were locked up inside themselves and couldn't break free of their prisons. The meeting lasted longer than he had expected because the publishers wanted to go over the aspects of the novel and clear things up that they didn't understand about it.
Once they were finally finished talking about the aspects of the novel he was free to go, it had been a couple of hours by then and the sun was starting to go down, he realized that he was going to spend some quality time with his boyfriend, but because of the whole novel thing with them breaking down each part of the novel to fit their tastes he had completely forgotten about it. "Crap I bet he is angry with me.. I know what will make up for it.." Alister smiled and made his way down Broadwyne street, there was this one flower shop there that sold his lovers favorite flowers. He parked the car in front of the shop and got out of his black Bugatti and went into the shop to pick out some flowers. "Hey Beth! I've come to pick up another order of the same.. Seems I forgot we were supposed to spend time together today because the publishers were breaking down my novel to fit their fancy again.. I swear why can't they just take it as it is and then read it after they publish it.. they know all my novels are best sellers.." Beth chuckled and smiled at him, she was an elderly lady who was in her early eighties and she was a very kind and sweet old lady. "They just get so excited about your novels what can I say Alister?.. I mean I read them myself and they always seem so inspiring for the young and the old.." Beth said as Alister grabbed a bouquet of red roses and paid for them. "Alright well see you later Beth! Stay healthy and watch what you eat." Beth just smiled at him as he walked out of the Flower shop that she and her late husband owned, though he was dead now she continued to sell flowers.
Alister got back into his Black Bugatti and head back to his house where he knew that his lover would be waiting for him, he looked over at the flower bouquet and smiled he knew that his lover would like them but he hoped that he would forgive him as well, he would find some way to make it up to him, once he got back to their place he got out of his car and shut the door it made a loud enough slam which signaled he was back from his long meeting over his novel, he walked up to the door and opened it up then headed to his lovers room with the bouquet of flowers behind his back. "Hey I'm soooo sorry that I took so long the publishers were breaking my novel down again and I couldn't get them to shut up.. I know that we were supposed to spend some quality time together.. can you forgive me Yuuki?.. I brought you something.." Alister held his hands behind his back to hide the bouquet of Red roses with a sorry and pleading expression on his face looking at his lover, it was actually kind of cute when he did it.
