I was totally gonna post when I got home.

But this Manalloy stuff got me all backwards. Do I just drown him or something? lol

I mean, the idea typically is that you don't win. But uhh... I suppose attempting to drown him would be one way of going about it.
@Zelosse

Manaegis made from Manalloy was a robust material. Manalloy, being resistant and repellant to physical materials, also extended to water. In fact, Felix could have walked on the water without enchanting his sabatons with an extra layer of mana. Water like every other physical substance, is naturally repelled by manalloy. The problem is that, with water being so easily displaced by other physical objects, and gravity pushing down upon the manaegis, it made it extremely difficult to balance. Felix had tried this years ago when first developing manaegis. Felix had only his sabatons equipped during this time, and he found himself instantly upside down fully submerged in water. If he had not dispelled his sabatons from his feet all those years ago, he would have surely drowned. This was different in a full suit of manaegis. If Felix were to step out in full manaegis without a mana enchanted outer-coating, he would instantly loose his balance and fall on the water as if it were a solid platform of slippery-wet ice. And as he would try to get back up, he would continue falling every which way like a bouncy ball, and it would surely look abysmal, depressing, and perhaps a bit funny to all who would watch the spectacle. However, Felix used an outward balance mana enchanted coating to keep himself balanced on the water. The coating automatically applied adjusted force in real time to keep the user upright. This small, otherwise useless spell, was developed by Felix specifically for his manaegis.

Because of a mixture of manalloy's flawless structure, and repellent nature to all things physical, there was no small microscopic nooks for water to get in. This fact mixed with the fact that solids are repelled equally as much as liquids meant that ice could never adhere to the surface of a suit of manaegis. The only possible way to freeze a manaegis would be to fully submerge the armor in a large basin of water and then freeze that water; effectively freezing the armor in a large chunk of ice. This meant, that when the water blasted forth from the raft and landed on Felix, as it froze, the chunks of ice slowly dripped off of him because the ice had nothing to adhere to. Additionally, as the river froze, the would-be icy grasp that could have rooted him there could not find any hold on the perfect material, and thus he simply stepped out of a frozen imprint of the bottom of his sabatons. Knowing that solid ice had very little friction, Felix discarded his previous enchantment spell on his boots for a different one. This enchantment created a small gripping force between his sabatons and the ice to keep him from slipping.

Felix then activated his manalysis and felt the man's mana-wave signature, attuning himself to the movement of the mana-waves rather than relying on his other senses for the combat. Instantly Felix knew the was striking towards his chest with his two blades. Analyzing the blades, he could tell they were normal physical material, thus not able to damage his manaegis. So, Felix allowed the attack to connect, as well as the additional jabs and slashes that came after. The attacks did little to nothing, and as with the nature of manalloy, the manaegis was still sparkling in perfect condition.

Felix looked the man up and down, and noticed the swords looked special. As if they were handcrafted by an artisan for Artos himself. With this in mind, Felix conjured up a manaegis sword, making the blade thick and blunt; as opposed to his atomic sized blade edge, so as not to damage Artos' swords.

"I really don't want to fight you, I am here to recruit you to save the world from its many inevitable ends. But if the way you talk is through your swords, then so be it." Felix declared. Then he launched himself in a lightning fast manner that he could only attain in manaegis, and did a diagonal slash at his legs hoping to knock him off ballance and subdue him.

Tsukihi was knocked cold by the powerbomb, but still alive.

Watching this whole spectacle sobered Raiya up all the more.

Raiya returned to the ring with a scowl on her face, as she hurriedly attended to the wounded Tsukihi. Good, she's still breathing. She just got knocked cold.

Raiya stood up and addressed the white haired man who was by all accounts the winner of this bout. The spells he used, and the mana signature that his aura gave off. There was no doubt about it, this was Nemo Smiley. Raiya's expression grew even more annoyed.

"You should be in Mamertine Prison, wasting away for the rest of your days." Raiya pondered out loud.

There was something about this picture that did not sit quite right with Raiya, but with the alcohol still very much clouding her thought process, she couldn't put the pieces of hte puzzle together.
The post has been made, the retcon has been completed. If there is one thing I hate more than someone making a character to not post, its that person leaving the RP after having their character interact with the RP. Sure, you can go the route of just pretending that never happened, but that looks weird, and when someone outside the RP reads the RP it looks horrible. So, a good GM retcons the character in a way that makes sense to the story. Hopefully what I did makes enough sense to the story to not look completely out of place.
After Felix had explained his spiel to the large man, he expected him to answer, but instead he seemed frozen in place. Felix walked over to John, and waved his hands in front of his eyes, but nothing, no movement. Then Felix looked to his side to see the hell hound frozen in place as well, and that is when it hit him. He ran to the blinds and on the window and bent one of the middle blind columns slightly to see outside. On the street and sidewalk there were various children and adults making their way home, all of them frozen.

It doesn't make sense. Felix pondered This must be an advanced stasis bubble. Stasis bubbles are normally used to prevent non-magical beings, like regular humans, from witnessing a magic battle. But everyone in this city is a magic user, so why is this whole town frozen?

Felix held his head in his hands as he pondered, and that's when he saw it, the golden runic bangle that he stole from the guard in Mamertine. It was still on his arm, and it was glowing profusely. Immediately, Felix activated his manalysis, only to realize it was too late, there were two men outside that were not there before, and one man inside walking down the hallway with a very familiar, dark conniving aura. Thadeus. Hurriedly Felix grabbed the parchment list and tucked it away.

Thadeus turned the corner, his aura intimidating. His dark blonde hair was slicked back in a short ponytail. His dark beady eyes holding the same conceited air they always had. He walked in with a smile on his face, his head slightly tilted upwards.

"My, my, my. Felix. You've certainly been busy, haven't you? Breaking into Mamertine prison? And breaking out one of the most dangerous criminals in Catholic history? It's almost like you are thinking about coming against us." Thadeus smiled slyly, and strode over to the couch John was sitting on and sat down next to him.

Felix's eyes narrowed, and his hands clenched into fists.

"How did you know where I was. How did you freeze all these people?" Felix asked through clenched teeth.

"Both of those questions can be answered with the same answer. The runic bangle you have attached to your arm there. They are oh so very hard to make, so since last summer the boys down at Mamertine created a tracking spell in case anyone decided to steal one, as you did. As for the stasis spell, well after your little stunt the boys down at mamertine devised a new stasis spell a few hours ago. This spell allows us to freeze anyone besides the ones with the runic bangles." Thadeus raised his hand to show the bangle under his sleeve.

"Smart. So the next time there is a prison break they can freeze everyone inside the prison besides the employees."

This is bad, if I take off the bangle now, I will be frozen. I have to get out of here.

"MANAEGIS!" Felix shouted as he stood up. His latent mana-well brimming forth into physical reality and taking shape in the form of blue glowing armor and a sword.

Felix was about to jump out the window when he sensed something most sinister. A massive mana-wave signature being poured into a mana glyph.

Thadeus was still sitting down, his smirk even more grandiose than before.

"Your men standing outside... They aren't guarding the door. No one can get through the stasis field without a bangle. No, they're creating a massive spell." Felix put together.

"Correct! An Agnis Sphere to be precise. And if I am not mistaken, it is about time I take my leave." Thadeus stood up, about to depart.

"AN AGNIS SPHERE! ARE YOU INSANE!? THAT WILL DESTROY THIS ENTIRE VILLAGE!" Felix yelled in anger.

"Well, it's not the first time I've done this... I seem to recall an incident 4 years ago... Anyway, I've got to go, goodbye for now." Thadeus said in a pompous tone. Then with a bright flash, he blinked out of the house.

Felix looked at the frozen John.

I can't move him. All people within a stasis field are glued in one place with the force of the mana used in the spell. Suffice it to say, even if I had the strength of Hercules, I would end up crushing him before picking him up. The spell is already finished, so it's too late to stop it.

Felix punched the wall, leaving a four foot hole to the outside where his fist was.

"DAMNIT!" Felix yelled

There wasn't enough time for Felix to create a barrier strong enough to combat an agnis sphere spell. So Felix tried to get as far away as possible. Jumping through the wall where he punched, making the hole even larger. And dashing as fast as he could, which in Manaegis was about 70 miles per hour. Unfortunately it wasn't fast enough. Before Felix could reach the outskirts of the village, he was caught up in a torrent of flames and explosive force. Without the manaegis he would have been ripped apart, and even still he could feel the manaegis cracking and leaking his mana out into the torrent of flames. Eventually Felix lost consciousness due to the lack of oxygen.

When Felix awoke, most of his manaegis had been broken completely, dispersing into mana. Only his helmet, his right gauntlet, and his left sabaton were left intact. The highlight of the news was that Felix survived, somehow. And none the worse for wear either. His clothes were still in pristine condition, and he didn't even have so much as a scratch on his skin. But when Felix stood and tore off his helmet, he saw a scene of complete and utter devastation. All the buildings were razed to the ground in heaps of ashes and burnt two-by-fours. There were charred skeletons everywhere. Felix hung his head for a moment, and then continued his walk out of the area.

As soon as he crossed the threshold of the stasis barrier, the bangle stopped glowing.

The bangle!

Felix found a large boulder and sat down on it. He then conjured up a small, sharp, thick manaegis knife. He charged the manaegis knife with even more mana, making it vibrate slightly. This is the only way Felix could outright combat mana enriched metals. Making the manaegis more densely enriched with mana than the metals he was combating allowed him to more efficiently guard against mana enriched weapon attacks, and slice through mana enriched armors. Placing the knife under the bangle and using the flat back of the knife to apply leverage between the bangle and his wrist, the bangle soon snapped off his wrist landing on the ground with a fizzle and a crack. Felix looked down at the broken bangle and began to get lost in thought.

One of the potential guardians is dead. And it's my fault. How could I be that stupid? Did the person who sent me the vision know that one of the guardians was going to die before I could enlist him? But, Thadeus... I now know the truth, and the truth is that Raiya was right. Thadeus was indeed the one who wiped Piccola Village off the map. Which also lends credence all the more so to Thadeus being apart of the Jesuits. But what do I do now? I suppose the only thing to do is continue forward.

Felix pulled out the parchment again. The next name also happened to be the last name on the list, "Artos Bane". The location was another weird one. "North Pole-Afloat on River. Find the village"

"Oh boy, I absolutely love cold places." Felix said sarcastically to himself. He then checked his manadial. Looking at the north pole, zooming in he was only able to find one village. He memorized the coordinates, and created a rift. Before jumping through it, he put on his manaegis. Manaegis was an excellent insulator, any wind or chilled air that touched manaegis was repelled, and so the manaegis wearer was always the same temperature as when he put it on. After he put on his manaegis he leapt through the rift.

@Zelosse

Arriving at the sub-zero village, there were only a few buildings in Felix's view; a leather working shop, a general goods store, a pub/inn were the only buildings within eye shot. Using manalysis, all of the people in the village were Talents. Remembering what the Parchment said, Felix looked around to see if he could find the river. Off to the west there was a sheet of black that contrasted the whiteness of the snow, Felix assumed this to be the river.

Felix took a deep breath and was chilled to the bone. Even the manaegis couldn't prevent the air coming in through the breathing and eye slits. Felix ventured forth towards the river. It baffled Felix that there could be a liquid body of water in this weather. But with mana saturating the earth, all sorts of anomalies happened on a daily basis.

Out on the river towards the middle was a raft made out of ice, and Felix could make out a figure laying upon it. Felix enchanted his sabatons with mana to allow himself to walk on the calm river surface. He continued to walk out until he was about five feet from the raft.

"Artos Bane. Do not be alarmed, my name is Felix Glasius, and I have come with a proposition." Felix said, in a calm, courageous tone.

@Cottonmouth

Both Tsukihis used their shield to block the screeching blast, and both shields absorbed the blast but were disintegrated. Both Tsukihis used the propulsion spells and propelled themselves all across the ring, zigzagging in a dazzling choreographed display. Eventually they made their way towards Nemo. One propelled themselves in the air slicing an arc at Nemo's head, and the other slid on the ground slicing towards Nemo's legs again.
Sorry for taking forever to post. With Ghost Queen leaving I had to figure out how I was going to retcon Felix's conversation with their character. I think I have it figured out.
"Tha only thing ah fear is complacency" Tsukihi sneered.

She then drew roman gemini rune, this one on the ground. Then she shouted, "Twins of Mercury! Please grant me your boon, that I might fight with twice my strength."

Immediately a bright flash of mana consumed her, and when it died out, there were two of her that looked exactly identical.

"We'll end this right here and right now." the two Tsukihi's said in tandem, both pointing their gladius at Nemo.
Tsukihi blocked the kick with her runic bangle only to be blasted across the ring a second later. If it wasn't for the forcefield she had cast on her body at the beginning of the match, she probably would have been knocked cold. As it was, the shield aura absorbed all of the damage she would have sustained, but also broke, leaving her vulnerable. She took the time to cast another mana shield upon her body, before making her next move.

Tsukihi stood stalwart and then replied to Nemo's nonsense.

"Ya think ah give two rats asses about yer 'art'? Ah couldn't care less about what ravings ya spew out of yer mouth." Tsukihi spat. "Ya'll disgust me. Ahm gunna end this here and now."

Tsukihi took her sword and drew a three foot circle in the air in front of her with the tip of her gladius. In the middle of the circle was a roman Jupiter glyph.

"Jupiter lend me your power and strike my foe true!" Tsukihi shouted.

Immediately large tendrils of golden electricity arced forth from the glyph, all taking different paths but all converging upon the same target, Nemo.
@Cottonmouth

"While ah am flattered ya consider me above tha rest of these lowlifes, ya misunderstand the reason why. Ah aint above the rest of these neanderthals because I fear losing mah boss. Though truth be told that would be a major thorn in mah side. Nah, ah am above all these peons because ah train for moments like this every day. And mah trainin partner is the only one who has ever beatin me." Tsukihi finished with a grin. And then created a series of propulsion spells under her feet. The propulsion spells made her criss-cross around the ring so fast the naked eye couldn't keep up. The final propulsion spell made her fly directly towards Nemo's backside, to which she trusted a lunge attempting to skewer him.
But I am not sure... If you want to continue to post, just go ahead without him.
