Hiya there!!

In this roleplay you will be playing primarily OC mutants in an alternate timeline of the X-Men franchise, though I might allow a few canon characters, given they are nerfed in the beginning. This roleplay will be set in modern day.

In the start of the roleplay your mutant will either A) not know that they are a mutant, or B) express little control over their powers. Over the course of the RP, I, and perhaps 1-2 Co-GMs (if anyone is interested) will lead you on training exercises to build your character's control and abilities. We'll then begin the plot itself, and go on missions and such with your mutants. Your character's power level can really vary depending on what you want, meaning you can have someone with the potential to be super OP, or you can have someone that will never really be all that powerful. The key word here is potential. You will all start out relatively low in skill / completely untrained. This roleplay will train your character during part of the plot to make things interesting. If you have a question about whether something is too OP, feel free to shoot me a PM and ask.

So the boring part, the rules (I promise there won't be too many)

SO I understand everyone's first language isn't english, and that's okay. If it isn't, or you've got a legit disorder that holds you back from writing, just say something and I'll be super understanding. Otherwise, I ask you write with proper grammar and spelling (I won't be all "actually that should have been the word 'well' not 'good'." but I do ask that you have the proper usage of "your" "you're" "there" "their" "they're", etc.

Aim for 2 paragraphs, but don't fall less than 1. One liners are boring and don't progress the story any. If you have nothing else to say, you can talk about how your character feels, what he sees around him, anything else. Give us something to react to.

Keep it all up to site rules. THat's all I've got to say on that.
