Nobuo Akagi strode towards the school in the most badass way possible.
"Although, I'm not really sure where I am... One minute I was in Akibahara, and the next I was here. I guess I'm going to do something awesome... Hopefully with the Super Sentai!!! Maybe... Maybe it's...
As he thought that, Nobuo held his hands to his mouth. He stretched out his arms and ran forth while screaming out: "IT'S SUPER HERO TAISEN TIIIIIME!!!!" As he ran, he tripped over a rock and fell into the pavement outside the school.
"Itetetetetete!" Nobuo quickly got up and held his injured forehead. When he noticed that he didn't scrape his head, Nobuo looked at the mishmash of cities and buildings. "Huh, wonder what role I'll play... Oh! Maybe I'll be like with the Goseigers in Shinkenger Vs. Go-Onger and appear in a battl-"
Then he sees where he was. A multitude of random assorted characters, none of which seemed to scream Tokusatsu whatsoever, except maybe for the Big Boss. He looked around. Most Tokusatsu crossovers tend to take place in a quarry, not a school... Except for Superhero Taisen, but that was because Captain Marvelous attacked Amanogawa... And this doesn't look like Amanogawa.
His mind began to connect the pieces that wherever he is, he's not in the newest Super Hero Taisen movie, let alone anything involving Sentai or Hatte. So, he just decided to shout out:
"WHEEEEEEEEEEEERRRREEEEEE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMM IIIIIIIIIIIIII???!?!?!"
{Cue Theme Song}

I don't think, realistically, most of these characters will fit in with each other.
But that's the charm of Crossover RPGs. It's a ragtag bunch of misfits.
Nobuo's the Red Ranger, and he'll be happy to remind everyone that, save for a few occasions, Red always leads the team.
Unfortunately (or fortunately in your case), Nobuo is not a politician and is in fact the bane of politicians, being an otaku and one delivery job stopping him from being a NEET. So he has no stake for the mayor throne.
@GreatSalmon That's what Reimu is here for. She picks fights with people who have too much influence, because that's her personality, and it's not like she isn't used to fighting Gods. It's actually like, kind of in her job description.
If any super-villian or dark god starts trying to hijack the roleplay, you can count on your friendly neighborhood armpit miko to put them back in their place with a good old fashioned FANTASY SEAL.
All we need is the armpit goddess Medic and we're good.
IIRC, Nobuo is roughly average Japanese adult male. So about 5 ft 7 1⁄2 in

They really aren't significant. I'm not translating the game mechanics directly into the RP, I'm just trying to demonstrate that I'm not just pulling all of this out of my ass.
I apologize for being stubborn about this, but as you can clearly see from the number of books I had to delve through, I put a lot of work into this character.
I think what Gray is trying to say is what is his personality like? In words that people who haven't played World of Darkness would understand.
