So how will this work in the IC? Will there be a predetermined posting order?

No, not really. People can simply post as needed, or as there character interacts with someone. There will be times where If this gets out of hand I'll find a new system though.

Orphanage for Supernatural Kids

Jordan watched in amazement, his eyes glued onto the second boys performance. What these kids could do was incredible... And best of all Alex had ripped the floor open which meant Jordan had access to exactly what he needed : the earth. "I'll go next." He announced as he stood up and made his way into the middle of the room. He glanced at the damaged and bent metal walls around the room , courtesy of Alex, and smiled slightly before walking over to one and placing his hand on the metal. Metal was just purified earth, and even though it was much harder for Jordan to control, fixing the small dent wasn't much trouble. " sorry, I thought I would fix the place up a bit ." He murmured as the dent seemed to magically disappear before he made his way over to the giant crack Alex had left into the ground, revealing a cement base to the floor. With one smooth punch his hand went straight into he cement as if it were butter, cracking it in half. He then concentrated and the stone flooring came to life, seeping up his arm as of it were liquid; slowly moving to cover his entire body. Soon he stood up, now looking as if he were a man completely made of stone. "Jordan." He called, his voice sounding fairly gravelly. Deciding to show off just a bit more, he walked over to the wall he had fixed only a moment ago and slammed it with his fist, causing a dent once again . Then he simply snapped and caused the stone to fall off of him like a shell , and he walked back to his seat .

Okay guys! The first IC post has been made. If you want to go ahead and post, thats fine! As for the more dangerous Hybrids (A.K.A Bait, Thresh, and Shadow) I did mention in the first post that the most volatile were sent ahead of the rest of the Hybrids. You can put your character in that situation, or with the rest of the hybrids, but do take note that they wont have much a way to talk with the rest of the characters if you choose to have them sent ahead as they will be mostly blocked off from the other hybrids for a little while

Jerric slowly looked up from the window of the large manor, hearing the the slow rumbling of the un-mistakable sound of car engines. Trucks, to be specific. Soon his suspicions were confirmed as he watched the first vehicle slowly appear through the guarded gates of the entrance to his new home. His new "home" wasnt exactly a home however. It was a gigantic manor, which would have looked welcoming if you ignored the massive wall surrounding it, with hundreds upon hundreds of who-knows-what kind of defense systems set in place. He doubted anyone could get out if they tried, even the most dangerous of the hybrids. It was an entourage of military trucks, each one the size of a semi and fortified to be able to hold a small army... However these were not meant to hold an army. No, they were meant to something even more dangerous: hybrids like himself. They were all arriving on these trucks today, every single one other than the absolutely most dangerous ones. No, those ones were transported here individually so as to reduce risk. He was here early simply because he had been on the very first truck which had come, an hour before. "We need your help son." The general had told him only this morning. "You're the least volatile of almost all the hybrids, and they need someone like them to welcome them, or someone might get hurt. It's for everyones good." Jerric wasn't entirely convinced the man was telling the truth, but he refused to let anyone get hurt, so he promised to be the guide for the new comers... Which meant he needed to get going right now. Slowly, drug his enormous arms along the floor and over to the door, which he opened in his usual sluggish pace before slowly walking outside as the hybrids were all beginning to be loaded off of their trucks, surrounded by armed guards. "Hey everyone!" Jerric shouted as he held up one of his long furry arms, clearly displayed as he was wearing only a simply tank top and shorts. "Welcome to our new home!" It was obvious many of the new comers were jumpy and anxious, especially with all of the guards around. It was his job to calm them, and no one knew calm better than Jerric.

Gender: Male

Appearance: 1.70 meters of height , 120 kg of weight because of his skin , brown skin with black hair and a Tail of 1 meter.
Hybrid Animal:Komodo dragon 50%

Abilities:
-Improved skin: he is harder because of the combination of reptile skin and delicated mutations , this can stop a assault rifle and a shot of 50.Caliber gun if he can posionate good enought
-Teeth of Depredator:he have a teeth which can open very largue wounds and tear his enemy
-Venom of Komodo:He can put a venom into his victim wounds which in some time can paralize it
-Tail of Muscle:He have a tail which he can use to fight which is strong

History: Latinost was a baby born in Mexico brought to USA ilegally because of this he was easily brought to the laboratories without arousing much suspicion and was easily modificated because of his early age , when he leaved the laboratory he moved to a "Barrio" of latinos he joined a orphanate and got some education , recently he got a Tail which was unexpected for him , he get again into the laboratory and didnt give any resistence because he wanted to know more about his abilities.

I don't think he's really to overpowered! I am slightly worried about the grammar though, it's a little hard to understand. Can you maybe go back through and try to fix it?
