Getting back into RP'ing is like a black hole. You put one toe in and the next thing you know you've been sucked down into it with no hope of escape.

"I'm glad we've come to an agreement then." Jerric answered with a firm nod before slowly walking out of the trailer with a deep sigh. He was going to have to make sure Shadow kept to his promise, but for the moment the situation was taken care of. His eyes suddenly rested on a new hybrid comic towards the building, a leopard by the looks of it. His characteristic lazy smile grew back on his face as he slowly made his way towards her and Jacky. "A new one eh? Welcome!"

Derric grinned as he watched the girls attention switch to the boy once againefore nodding and shaking her hand as well. "I figured you were from Slight. You've got that sorta' look about you." He admitted with a nod, not willing to explain to her how he truly knew. After that he glanced around to notice several people milling towards the building, and out of habit he held out his hand for her bag. "Looks like everyone's heading inside. Can I carry that for you?"

He paused as he looked into her eyes and raised one of his eyebrows. "There are some things here worth admiring though." It was actually an unusually bold move for him, but he figured she probably wouldn't read too much into it either way, besides... What was the harm in a little fun? "I'm Derric by the way. Came from Slight. How about you?"
