"Trooper you are dismissed" Yarrick said, before looking up towards the knight. The clone would be useful in the upcoming days, especially if he is a skilled medic. The Captain stood up and put his Heavy blaster into his hip holster, "Knight Drazhar, unless what you need is urgent, I think we can discuss what you need while looking around the outpost"

"I believe that will be a good idea," Drazhar said. While walking back out of the barracks, Yarrick noticed the data-slate in the large knight's hands. The screen had the Insignia of the Empire, and below that was CLASSIFIED.

"We had 4 pallets worth of gear hit during transit, this place is completely classified and an Entire Cargo ship worth of gear going into uncharted space would no doubt draw pirates, or worse." Drazhar said in a hushed voice. Yarrick watched as the saber on his right hip jostled as the man walked. The outpost was fairly standard as far as imperial forward operating bases go, and Yarrick really didn't have any complaints. He had wondered where Drazhar's partner was, and if the other knight would be as helpful as the giant knight.

The Knight's deep voice snapped him out of his day dream, "This wouldn't be a problem, but one of the pallets had blasters and batteries on it. Now again, that itself isn't the worrisome part, but we had dropped a location device in the shipment, as per imperial standards for weapon shipments, and a task force picked up where the locator was last detected. Joriha is the last trade world between the outpost and the rest of inhabited space. The raided cargo ship was also found deeper in inhabited space, meaning they stopped at Joriha for a reason. We believe someone may be coming to this system, and who ever it is, they aren't coming just to sight see."

Yarrick wondered about whomever was coming, and hoped that the entire situation was a coincidence. For once in his career he thought he might have an easy tour, with a nice view and a comfortable office. The captain shook his head and couldn't help but smile at the naivete of the thought.

Yarrick looked up from the troop reports. He needed to read the inventory of the armory, and then the general state of the outpost. The clone trooper had knocked on his door and stood at attention. The trooper had the markings of a medic on his armor, and the armor itself was spotless.
"You may speak trooper" Yarrick said after he realized the trooper was probably waiting for a formal invitation. Clones made good soldiers, but this one left a little to be desired in the way of personality.

Drazhar entered the simulation room, the Trainer Bot laying against the wall. An obvious, familiar scent had filled the training room recently. Drazhar could smell the ionized scent that a light saber duel would leave. He'd have to talk to the Jedi about this, but for now he'd deal with the quarter master.
After a brief walk through the trooper barracks, Drazhar stopped at the Captains door. A medical trooper stood at the door saluting Yarrick.

Screen Name; Purple Jackal
Character Name; Captain Ibram Yarrick
Race;Human
Class; Captain, Reassigned to the Outpost Troopers.
Description; An average looking human, black hair and brown eyes, close to 6 foot tall.
Equipment; ARC-9965 Blaster rifle, DL-44 Heavy Blaster pistol, 2 thermal grenades, communication device, picture of wife, necklace with a shard of rock from his home planet.
Bio- Ibram joined the Imperial Army at the age of 17, and has seen numerous campaigns all over the galaxy. After 16 years of being a trooper he was promoted to Sargent, and within 3 years he had attained the rank of Captain. This was not due to sheer bravery or skill, but because of a particularly brutal campaign that involved Hyper-Zealous Sith charging into battle lines and slaughtering NCO's and other Officers. It is for this reason that Ibram only trusts heavy blaster pistols when it comes to side arms, for if he had used a regular blaster pistol he'd be a red stain on some alien world at this point. He has requested to remain a Captain in order to lead on the Front, and refuses to needlessly through lives away. He was transferred to the outpost after the Company he was leading was repurposed into a Military Police unit and stationed on a frontier world.
Captain Yarrick quit laughing and looked down at the troops on the outpost. The troops looked as though they'd done nothing since landing on the planet, come to think of it, if he was their CO and just now arriving they probably haven't been doing anything.
"Meet me in the barracks in half an hour, full field inspection. I don't want to see any of you missing, if you are missing ,there will be severe consequences. If the barracks is out of order when I get there this entire company will be reprimanded, any individual failure will result in company punishment." Yarrick barked. "Unbelievable, just un-f*cking believable"

"The men do not seem to be insubordinate, the time they've had has made them relaxed. They will likely make good troops, once whipped into shape." Drazhar said, moving towards the area he was told would be his room. He would need a few rounds of sparring practice, and some PT.

The long interspace travel has made my muscles soft. He thought to himself. What kind of man can die valiantly with soft muscles. After dropping his belongings off, he immediately made his way to the training simulation room.

Yarrick was impressed by the Trooper's Barracks. Their weapons and armor were all in order, the Barracks was somewhat messy, but he could find no true fault in the Company. While walking along the lines of At-Attention-Troopers he noticed something odd, something very odd. One of the troopers was a clone. He made a note of it, and continued down the line of troopers. "Who has been in charge up to this point" He shouted throughout the Barracks, "Whoever it was, you owe them very much. It seems like they've kept you in line and out of trouble here". After the inspection Yarrick walked back to his office, and began reading the reports of the Company from the past few weeks.
Captain Yarrick gazed at the large knight sitting across from him in the Transport shuttle. Even with the Knight armor on he could see the man's massive figure. The captain had seen bigger men, hell he'd killed bigger men, but something about Knight Drazhar made him nervous. It wasn't his personality, Drazhar was actually fairly easy to get along with, it seemed to be blatantly obvious but Yarrick just couldn't point it out.
"It's my willingness to die" Drazhar said, his deep voice calmly echoing through the ship, "That's what's making you uneasy."
"Did the force tell you that" Yarrick said cracking a smile. The knight smiled back, and Yarrick realized he was right."Didn't expect a guy like you to be like this, honestly I was expecting you to be a lot harsher and rough around the edges"
"Just because I exist to serve and die for the emperor doesn't mean I can't make a few friends along the way. No reason to breed contempt with someone that'll be behind me firing a blaster anyways"
"Yeah I guess you're right, they tell you who we'll be fighting out here anyways? They've been keeping me in the dark" Yarrick said, realizing he'd let his curiosity best his judgement.
"I don't know much, either they're keeping both of us in the dark or they don't even know" The knight said, before adding, "I have a feeling they didn't send a decorated vet and a Knight out here for no reason though"

An intercom announcement cut into the conversation "We are beginning our descent, arriving on the outpost in 3 minutes, or 1 if we fail to properly land"
The landing was fairly smooth, and took about three minutes. Captain Yarrick and Knight Drazhar undid their safety belts and stood up. The blast door at the rear of the shuttle depressurized and lowered with a satisfying hydraulic Hssssssssss. As soon as the men stepped onto the landing platform they realized just how beautiful the planet was. A lush forest sprawled in every direction, off in the distance a small mountain range sprouted from the ground, and a river separated part of the dense forest.

"Of course I'd be forced to stay here, place looks like a fooking vacation planet and I'll be organizing guard patrols." Yarrick said disdainfully
"I'm almost ashamed that we will be fighting in such a gorgeous place, but It'd be an honor to die for the Emperor here" Drazhar said before looking down at the Captain. They both began to laugh, and Yarrick realized he no longer felt nervous being near the Knight.
