Personality: cool, calm even under gun point (because he has a grenade under the table), patient, and when he sets a price you're not getting it for any cheeper.
Skills: Very good marksman, businessman, and he's got the mind of a genius.
Abilities: He can rearrange matter at the subatomic level, however it's a very slow process and requires that he's in a meditative state (it approximately takes about twenty seconds to do a cubic inch right now). During this is completely unaware of what's going on around him (aside from whatever materials he's working with) while he's mediating until he comes out or is pulled out. He's also got a much more capable mind them a regular human's, that's closer to a super computer in his capability to run several functions (like rearanging all the atoms inside a very small area).
Equipment: A whole collection of custom job guns ranging from sniper rifles to fully auto hand guns, most of them would be illegal if it was known they exist. He's also got a continuous work in progress power armor which he's dubbed Atapa (Advanced Tactical Assault Power Armor) which is nothing compared to Ironman's (current) power armor but still pretty good and always improving. Although technically not part of his equipment his surburban is more equiviant to a sci-fi light tank than a truck with it being effectively a super armored vehicle with a turret all hidden away looking as though it was just a normal (gun rack filled) truck.
Brief Backstory: As a boy he grew up in poverty and so having to help get food in the mouths of his family he ended up working as a mechanic when not at school. Using online resources he was able to understand a lot more stuff than his science teacher was teaching. When he graduated he went into college and while majoring in business and learned enough science to completely understand what he was doing when he used his power that he initially discovered at the age of 12. He's set up his own private business of creating and selling custom job weapons. His business has attracted the attention of several groups such as ARROW, The United Humanity Front, and Ordo Sientifica as well as several government agencies, as long as nobody ticks him off and people keep buying his weapons he doesn't care all to much.

So with the god of sun, rain and harvest, and my goddess of fire/heat, wind and desert, than we could set up to others (cold, water/snow/ice, and life, fertility) than we could have a nice and complete set of seasonal deities (naturally with their own areas more accustomed to thier elements like the desert for me), anybody likesies?

I think what Echo means is in modern military swords are only used for ceremonial purposes and thus would not be on the ship. You'd take a gun into combat, cause y'know.If someone is shooting at you it's better to shoot back than run at them with a sword.

Anyways how is a god going to be prevented from taking over a country?

WIP I'll improve it later when I get more of an idea but it's a place holder for now.
Name: Alhiera (goddess)
Powers: Desert, fire/heat (not the warm and fuzzy stuff, hot and blistery stuff), and the wind. In her domain (desert) she's quite capable of very devasting destruction able to kill mortals through natural disaster, typically it will not be individuals but whole groups when she does go killing someone for whatever reason. Her commonplace practice for when taking with mortals is through forming a body of sand and wind which typically is fairly obscure, however she has proven before (once) that that she can 'draw blades' and kill a mortal with her sand and wind form.
Holy symbol or symbols:
Role in the pantheon: major goddess, and takes on the role of the summer goddess in many places, in the desert she's the primary deity of worship.
Practices: Traditionally warriors who follow her often wield dual curved swords in honor of her, that being her fighting style. Desert dwelling people will often create great bonfires and dance around (and through) the flames often dressed only wearing loose and airy light silken garments intimidating the wind. It has been noticed that during these ceremonies that the flames seem to actively avoid catching the garments on fire, however there's been at least few incidents involving landing in the coals.
People merely travelling through the desert often make some sort of tribute to her for protection against sandstorms, and general personal safety. Outside of the desert she's often worshipped as the goddess of the summer since her domains are in that area. Practices for worshipping her as the summer goddess is very wide spread and so various that in some places she's miss interpreted very badly.

She has made it known that she doesn't tolerate people trying to invade the desert, and proved it when she stopped the invasion by the Third Empire. She formed several sandstorms in the region where the invaders were, and she made the heat go so high as to kill soldiers outright due to the fact they simply weren't used to the desert's regular tepature in the first place. With her sandstorms she ravaged supply caravans and randomly struck out at the army, the final attack was with wind speeds so high that the sand would cut away bare flesh exposed to it. In the end she drove away the invadersand personally showed up before the highest ranking officer alive and informed him that the next invasion force wouldn't have survivors.
