^ On the contrary, however I feel that it is still a good idea to go to school, or at least it was in my earlier years of it. High School's kinda useless.

> Doesn't give a damn about whether or not you go to school.

v Doesn't want to be a part of this discussion.

Name: Ana Blackclaw

Gender:[/b[ Female

[b]Age:
27

Race: Nord

Height: 5'9

Appearance: Ana is pale, like most of the Nords that live in Skyrim. She has black hair, an oddity among her people, hinting at some heritage from one of the other human races. It hangs down straightly, ending just below her shoulder blades. Her eyes are a blue the color of ice. Her features are slight, her body fairly small in comparison to most other Nords. Even so, she has a decent amount of muscle on her arms and legs, which she credits to the amount of time she spends walking instead of taking carriages.

Alliance: While officially she cares little for the politics of Skyrim, and while she dislikes the Altmer as a whole, Ana would choose to side with the Imperials if she truly had to.

Main Skills (6):
Stealth - Expert
Light Armor - Adept
Speech - Adept
One-Handed - Adept
Illusion - Adept
Restoration - Apprentice

Armour/Accessories: A set of black and red leather armor, one that would be quite iconic if people knew what it meant. For the most part, though, she wears a set of hooded monk robes, with an amulet of Mara laid across her neck in plain view. She also has some bone hawk rings, which she wears on her left hand.

Weapons: A dagger of Nordic make, finely crafted, but otherwise unremarkable.

Personality: At first glance, Ana would look to be the poster girl of what a Priestess of Mara would be like. She appears as a kind and sweet young woman, out for nothing more than to spread love and happiness. However, beneath that glowing exterior is a dark, twisted mind, that none have seen and lived to tell of. Love, happiness, all of that stuff that she preaches in the Holds of Skyrim, she practices none of it, preferring a blade in the back than to forgive and forget, as the loving goddess she claims to serve would like her to do.

Biography: From a young age, Ana was always a bit different from the other kids. Her parents, too, were always a bit odd. The family kept to themselves, for the most part, tending the mill in Riverwood. However, her childhood, on the outside, was fairly normal. She ran and played with the other kids, she did chores around town, and she was a nuisance to the adults. However, on the inside, it was anything from normal. Her parents were both worshipers of Sithis, if not active ones. Whenever they weren't working, they were instilling their beliefs into their only daughter.

She was only eight when the Thalmor came. They had gotten a tip, from who, nobody knows, that there were heretics in little ol' Riverwood. They raided several houses until they finally came to the Darkclaw home. There was a small fight, and two of the four Thalmor fell before the two Nords were slain. Ana nearly killed another, having hidden in the closet with nothing but a kitchen knife. She'd charged out to stab one, but was easily incapacitated. Rather than kill her too (Thalmor may be eccentric and racist, but not stupid), she was sent to the Orphanage in Riften, and sent to the Temple of Mara daily to receive education.

Over the years, she was taught the ways of Mara, and then was essentially forced to learn why Sithis and the Dark Brotherhood were evil. Eventually, the Temple essentially adopted her, and molded her into a perfect little priestess. She helped the poor, administered wedding ceremonies, and even did a pilgrimage across Skyrim to see the standing stones. But, there was always an emptiness inside. It was filled when she came upon an assassination, in the middle of nowhere in the Pale. As the assassin closed in on her, ready to silence the only witness, she raised her hand and muttered, "Hail Sithis."

And so, she became a part of the Family. She didn't do many assassinations herself, as she was caught up in Riften. However, she kept an eye on the Black-Briar's for the Brotherhood, and dealt with anything that needed to be done in the Rift. Whether it was something petty or something important, it was her job to either make note of it, or get rid of the issue before it became a problem, whether for Maven or for Astrid. And all the while, she has had to keep up the sweet little priestess act, even keeping herself a secret from Maven, for fear of being revealed or blackmailed.

Moral Weakness/Character Flaw(s): While she may seem to be generous, she is quite callous, and would just as soon kill a beggar as she would spare them some septims. Not only that, but she is hardly trustworthy, and has a plan ready to kill nearly everybody she's met if it would further either her goals, or the goals of the Brotherhood.

Other: There are rumors of a strange woman in the Ratway, looking for hardy mercenaries to retrieve a lost artifact for her.
