Name: Kejirah Atiyeh
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Egyptian
Sexuality: Lesbian
___
Personality: Kejirah is definitely an extroverted and lively person, a โlife of the partyโ kind of gal, who is often loud (sometimes for no particular reason) and expressive and not afraid to speak her mind. She's a bit of an attention hog, wanting nothing more than to capture the room by either her dark humor or just her boisterous self in general, though she doesn't really know how to read a room and will often make jokes with bad timing that she claims it's on purpose.
She's a highly competitive person and will even resort to cheating to win things. She does encourage others to cheat as well because she finds games like that more fun, and she isn't a sore loser about things, being a good sport (if you don't count cheating) and willingly accepting loses, although it just makes her more determined to win something else.
Though Kejirah loves her beauty sleep, she prefers to get out and do things, not liking to be cooped up with nothing to do. Which this often leads to late night trips to the store and early morning drives around town. She loves talking to people and is easy stirred up, in a good way, often going on tangents about topics she's interested about, getting especially loud and energetic. She's very curoius, always willing to try new things, making her kind of gullible but she tries her best to know others' intentions.
Likes and Dislikes:
Likes:
- Tattoos: Kejirah's always been a fan of tattoos since she was a teen, though she only just recently started getting them, though she already has quite a few and that being some on the top of her right arm, neck, a particularly large one on her hip and traveling down her leg, and a couple on her left arm. Body art has always kind of fascinated her, especially toward ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs and textile patterns, not really for any reason in particular, she just finds them cool.
- Hip-Hop/R&B/Dark omens: One of the first genres of music she came across when moving to America, Kejirah immediately got attached to the lyrics and just the style in general, so now she often blares it while driving or in the shower.
- Take out food: She hates cooking for herself, because one: She can't cook to save her life. Two: It's already hot enough. And three: Take out is amazing, and there is nothing better.
- Intense and competitive games (Like Monopoly and other board and card games): She especially likes games like these because she finds it funny how easily people can become irritated. Kejirah also likes to see how much she can get away with without being noticed, though most times she just gives herself away if she's winning.
Dislikes:
- Cooking: As stated before, Kejirah can't cook, which is another reason she decided to share a duplex with other people, so that they can cook instead, because she's also kinda lazy. She does enjoy taking trips to the store though, racing through the aisles on a shopping cart and chasing others with fake lightsabers. It's always a good time.
- People who take things too seriously: Kejirah tends to be a very playful person herself, and she has a habit of playfully teasing those around her, and maybe sometimes getting a little out of hand, but people that she finds who can't take a joke, is often a buzzkill to her, and she would rather avoid people like this.
- Rainy days: Rainy days are always a downer to her. That means she has to stay inside all day because her makeup took way to long to do, and to hell with the rain wanting to ruin it. Nuh uh. She's not having any of that.
- When the Starbucks line is too long: Listen. Though a bit impatient, Kejirah doesn't mind waiting for others things, but standing in line is high on her top ten list of things she hates, especially for coffee. Honestly, it's ridiculous. So that's why she gets up early to make it there before rush hour, and to make it to the bathroom before anyone else. Or at least she tries to.
Reason for sharing the duplex?: To be honest, Kejirah would've had enough money to rent her own apartment, especially since her parents were willing to pay for it, but she didn't really want to live alone, plus the duplex sounded a lot more exciting and a lot less work to keep up with.
Room Aesthetic: The majority of Kejirah's room is full of darker themes, colors, and spooky decorations such as skulls, decorative half used candles, and many edgy posters of pentagrams and dark quotes that probably came from Pinterest and/or Instagram. Her bed is not neatly made, the blankets are just thrown across the bed in kind of a half-ass way that she deems as โgood enoughโ, and there are probably some stray pillows hanging around her area. She's has a black light lamp that doesn't do any good at night, but she refuses to mess up her aesthetic by turning on the light, so she does a lot of her late night work in the kitchen.
Backstory: Kejirah was born and raised in Egypt with pretty wealthy parents, one of which was a college professor and the other had a high paying job in business. She never really got to talk to them all that much since they were gone a lot of the time, but she tried her best to keep up with them whenever they were home. So other than that, they were basically your average parents, though a little bit strict, but it was reasonable considering that they wanted their daughter to succeed, but she never really understood why they had to send her to an overseas boarding school. During this time, Kejirah learned English, not knowing that later, when she was around 16 or 17, she and her family would be moving to the U.S.
At this point, Kejirah had started to stray from the path that her parents wished her to take, stressed by all of the rules and regulations that they had put on her, becoming more independent and expressive, defying them in a way that was subtle. She loved them nonetheless, she was just exhausted that they had tied her down to be someone they wanted her to be, so by the time she was 18, she had moved out (though she still lives off of her parents money), and even applied to a university in Sympathy, surprisingly making it in, not that she was a bad student. When she was informed of the duplex, her response was, โhells yeah!โ This being the perfect opportunity to fully get away from her old life, and into a new one.

Other: She has a black cat named Satan who always seems to appear and disappear whenever. He's always in some sort of cat sweater, which Kejirah lets Damien put on him.
