DSW, if you want some help with a character feel free to ask, but it's best to have some passionate ideas of your own already.
I wasn't expecting something stupid. I'm just familiar with DSW's pattern of losing interest in characters after a single post, and that makes me wary. I sent him a PM to discuss it further, though, and I'm waiting.

Thrade, a non goblin Norman'd be fine fer now

Okay, tell me what you'd do with a normal, plain 'ol human Osborn, then. What would his first arc be under your control? How would you develop him further as a father and business man? 'Cause as of right now, there isn't much to do with him. But I'm listening/reading.

Yes, I read that part, DSW. Still doesn't explain how they got lose from their captors. Even if Billy talked after being tortured, as everyone does eventually, their captors wouldn't just release him. So... are you able to rationalize how that occurred?
I'm still hazy on this part, DSW.

During their last mission, Billy and Slade were caught in Shanghai and tortured for 6 months to give up information;water boarding was the most often used. Billy broke, betraying Slade and ASIS. The two fought and Slade killed Billy at a cost-his right eye.

If they were being tortured, how did they end up fighting? They would have been restrained and under guard, I imagine, unless their captors were incompetent. So how did they both get loose and start fighting?

Nope! New forum means I have to adopt a new persona. This one is called being lazy and terrible.

How is that new? ;p
Ben, I will shoot you a PM and give you a few tidbits about what is lacking in your CS.

In all fairness your understanding of where to place a comma is not just wrong my Scandinavian rules. It's wrong (or lacking) by the USA and English too

But, I will say publicly the two sentences above are wrong regarding the English language use of commas, and I know a little about the subject as I'm an English major. This isn't meant to start a huge debate on the subject, but I can't disregard such an erroneous comment. (If you wish to further dispute this, do so out of the OOC.) I can't comment on Scandinavian grammar, but in the English language Lydyn's corrections of your comma usage are correct, for the most part.

I'm just saying, he's a pretty popular character, likely to peak some interest.

I know what you're saying. And if someone wants to play him as a normal human being for a significant length of time, they're free to talk to me about ideas, but I haven't even introduced one villain into Peter Parker's life yet, so I'm certainly not allowing Green Goblin/Osborn to come into play yet. If the majority thinks that's unfair, EE is welcome to remove me from my role as Spidey. Until then, there are two major villains I'm now allowing to appear yet - any Goblin, and Venom.

I don't think it's fair to say that the Green Goblin, and possibly Norman Osborn (since that's what would most likely happen if it were picked up), are off limits because it has something to do with your story. A collaborative spirit is a portion of Roleplaying. Oh, EE, if you don't mind, Remy's last name is LeBeau, the roster is misinformed. My final CS will have that correction as well.

Not just something. Norman Osborn and the Goblin personas have a lot to do with my story. And, as I've said before, Norman Osborn is a normal human at this point in time, and will be for awhile. He's a father and a business man for now, and I highly doubt anyone will want to roleplay as such a character for a prolonged period of time. And he's integral to my story, so as much as I'm all for collaboration and compromise, he is not a character I'd be willing to negotiate changing, as that would require me to change much of my Spider-Man character and plot.
