Nothing was an auto-hit. That is why I put "If they hit". I could make it a bit more clear if you like. I didn't mean to make it seem like an auto-hit. Sorry for that.
EDIT: Though, I would think area of effect abilities with the element of being literally instantaneous, like the vacuum I created, would immediately effect anything inside said area. :P...Still didn't say it was an auto-hit. I'll go try and make my post a little more clear..
