I am now morally crushed.
iPod being dumb. Ignore.
Gonna go post, maybe get the ball rolling a little.
Allow your immune system to be better. When you bleed, yell at the blood until the white blood cells shape up. That's also how I keep from bleeding in general.
Hey, I'm out and away from my computer. I'll have my sheet up tomorrow, but she has powers simil to Rouge, except that she just has to look at someone using mutations to use them. She also had hyperthymesia, I I remember right. Let me know if you want me to tweak any of those traits.
How did you know? XD
Artemis had been not paying attention to the mafia kids until Daisuke yelled for her to help him. She just kind of looked at him for a moment, surprised that he was even among their ranks. He was like a large child, yelling and bouncing off the walls. "Sorry, food or a movie isn't worth it if Ms. Dmitriev decides to lop off my head..." Artemis gave him a nervous smile and rubbed her neck, her hand placing her small gadget into her lap. She laughed for a moment, watching Daisuke be a spaz and the other's faces turning red as they hung upside down -until she felt something move above her head and someone started yelling about something and she looked up to see a rapier not even a centimeter from her nose.

Apparently this guy was a surprise to everyone, not just Artemis, as Sonya was questioning him. Of course, she'd prefer it if those two didn't have a conversation at swordpoint above her head, but she didn't know what to expect from this group. From what the translator said, one of them asked about the 10th generation Vongola boss and he was... compassionate? No, no, it must be mistaken. There's no way that a mafia boss would be that caring.

Jak listened to Sonya as she spoke about the last leader of the Vongola. It was strange to hear that the Vongola wasn't interested in destroying homes or families randomly, like in the American movies she'd heard about. She would also prefer to see it right side up and not upside down, but didn't care either way. Jak was mostly focused on not failing again. True, this caused no real issues in the end, but she still counted it as a failure. She didn't do what was asked of her and she was getting off light. If she failed at home, Mother would never let Jak forget it until the older woman died.

Not to mention, Sonya's description of the tenth generation boss of the Vongola sounded a little like... Naoto. Which was surprising because Naoto was so far from the hardened criminal that she'd actually had to stifle a giggle at imagining him running around with a tommy gun. Not to mention, the mafia was surprisingly well equipped. She'd thought organized crime like the mafia had died out years ago. Instead here they were talking about how Sonya could have granted any wish on the planet. Well, almost any wish...
Might take a leave of absence tomorrow or Monday as well. Depends on when my family feels like doing this thing. Best case, Monday I'm completely free~
Time to finish my post, then.
Cora snarled at Jack and turned away. I would stab you in the back for kicks. I'm not a crazed murderer. she thought, quietly adjusting in her seat. She'd opened her eyes after Linn intervened, and was now attempting to cooly glare at Jack. At the mention of her clothes, she flashed him an obscene sign and folded her arms. She had no interest in talking to him any longer. He seemed like the type to start fights -so was she, but at least she knew how to pick them- so silence would be a better tool than anger. I'm waiting for the day someone gives the order to stab you in the back...

"You wouldn't want to be in civvies because then whoever hates Sanctum comes after you, your family, whoever you've got. You're good with what you have. I'm good not playing dress up." whether or not Bruce and PRess caught it was left up to them, as they started talking about GPS things. Cora never tried to stay up to date on technology unless it could be used against her, so she'd rather not sound like a fool for asking what a beta was. She was fairly certain it was a type of fish last she'd heard...

Then Maga... er... Ponder -Cora barely understood the nickname thing, but she tried- asked again about the tattoos and how they manifested. "Well, there's usually a heart with the word Mom on it for tough guys, but otherwise, we could be dealing with anything from watercolor splats to twin snakes. Sleeves and sleeves of tattoos, if I'm right." Cora silently told herself that she would be, "but I've never been to Queens. So knowing the criminal mind, I'll need to travel carefully, as they won't be too identifiable."

She was surprised when Nathan stood up for her against Jack. Now I owe him. Dammit. "I'll stay with Linn, if she's going down for sure. No need to separate if I have someone to help me. Besides, staying together will probably help her conserve water or whatever."
