Red jumped forward and snapped at the foxes and one of them jumped back as Red jumped back besides Blue, accidentally brushing against her fur; but he didn't move.

Red smiled and gave her a curt nod. HE turned, and ran toward the fox that Blue was after and smashed into it, sending it tumbling down.

History- Red was an ordinary cat- some called him a rouge, some a loner. He liked the term 'loner' better. While wondering through the forest one day, he saw a beautiful she-cat that had brown fur and darker brown speckles on her. Her emerald green eyes shone in the sunlight like a thousand stars. They became close and, eventually, the she-cat (who's name was Leaf) had his kits. Unfortunately, the only kit was a still-born and Leaf died of blood-loss. Since her death, every night before he goes to sleep, he stares into the sky and talks to the stars, as if she and his kit could hear him.

Red's eyes widened and he glared at the fox that was atop of Jay. He hissed and slammed his shoulder into the fox's side, knocking him off Red's beloved Jay.

"J-J-J-J-Jay..." He took in a sharp breath. The fox that most likely caused his death was creeping up behind her. It mouth opened and...
"NO!!" He screeched, feeling white-hot pain in his throat. He forced himself up and lunged at the fox, knocking it down.

"I-I..." He gulped. "Am.. I going to die?.." Red fell over on his side, his tail twitching and his eyes rolling in the back of his head.
