"Oh. That's right...i'm not alone anymore....you're here." Morgan said, using her sleeve to wipe away the tears. The woman smiled and stared at CC with a smile on her face, scratching the top of her head. Her eyes bright as ever, she began to speak again. "...Don't worry about me. I've just been alone for a long, long time. I'm glad you came....even if it was unexpected." She said, "Let's get inside. It's cold out here tonight."
She walked inside, and her stomach growled. "Hungry? I suppose I can whip us something up real quick." Morgan offered the dog, as she seemed to completely understand her words...which was strange in and of itself. "Chicken sounds good, no? I have some frozen...just let me reheat it." Morgan liked the company, even if it was an inaudible quadruped.
"This whole day has been weird, ever since you showed up, puppy...." Morgan mused to herself.
Sooner than later, she filled a bowl of food for CC and set it down on the floor. It was filled with chicken and herbs, though the canine would preferably just like the meat. "Here, this is all yours." Morgan sat at the couch and slowly ate her food and as soon as she was done, she felt immeasurably better.
