I love Sir Gawain and the Green Knight (I've read it 4 times... but eh I'm an English Ed major). Honestly for a teacher I think this semblance is probably fine though Nef is the only one with real power (wherever he may be). He doesn't seem too unkillable... in fact depending on his amount of aura he could be relatively easy to kill, wound him once, dance around dodging him (hey Addica is built for that), wait for him to use all his aura and then coupe de grace and it's over.

“Well then, let’s go.” Addica said as he turned and began walking out of the locker room. He didn’t bother to make sure the other guy was coming, it was pretty much a guarantee with how hard they had all worked to get to Beacon. “Oh by the way” he called back while exiting the locker room, ”the name’s Addica.”

Following the other student out the door, Tirren went to introduce himself. However, the other had already beat him to it. Hastily replying to the newly introduced Addica “The name’s Tirren.” He wasn’t completely sure he had been heard though as Addica had already left the room, the locker room door swinging closed behind him. With a slight sigh Tirren followed him out.

Hearing Tirren introduce himself Addica waited just on the other side of the door and as Tirren exited he fell into step beside him. “So we are to meet at the docks… What do you think the exam will be?”

Glancing over at Addica Tirren answered ”Well seeing as our transcripts provided them with our academic knowledge, the only other thing to test is field capabilities. Therefore I presume the test will include the fighting of Grimm in full on combat with only other newcomers for help. Though I doubt it will unsupervised despite what may be said.”/[b] Mulling over his own words Tirren found himself relaxing a bit, after all it couldn’t be that hard, there were plenty of upper year students, who had passed what was probably a similar test. Realizing his pace had slowed, almost to a complete stop, during his speech Tirren resumed the previously set pace towards the docks.

Sensing Tirren relax Addica began to relax himself. Combat was something he could handle, he wasn’t the best but he wasn’t any slack at fighting either. Though he would probably have to depend on his semblance but that was fine as long as he didn’t overextend himself. [b]“So actual combat then… hmmm this could be fun… though I didn’t think test were supposed to be fun,” Addica mulled aloud.

”I don’t think we should think of it as a test more of a in depth demonstration of our skills and a way to figure out who to group together. They have probably seen us fight each other before, so now it is just a matter of seeing how we do in actual combat and how we work together.” Tirren threw out. ’When it comes to theorizing I guess I’m not that bad with people, not once did I stumble over my words.’ he thought with a glimmer of happiness. Turning to look at Addica he inquired, “So any one in particular you hope to be teamed up with?”

”Uhhh I really don’t know very many people… Just you and some others from the almost fight on the transport and then I had dinner with this girl last night but you and her are the only onew I know by name,” He said as the docks came into view ”What about you?” You have your eyes on anyone in particular?”

Setting eyes on the dock Tirren replied, “In truth I’ve got no idea who I wish to team up with. I met more people than I thought I would yesterday and got a few names, but I didn’t hang around any of them. There were a few people who recognized me from Signal, but I didn’t really interact with anyone there so really I don’t know who they are.” With a chuckle he continued as they reached the docks, “Looks like I’m at as much of a loss as you.”

Oh yeah, all things considered....if students can make crazy ass things by themselves, from weapons to vehicles to armor, does that mean that every school generally has metalworking/programming/gunsmithing/automobile classes and such?

design, not hand crafted... that would require someone more like Morella or Tarkus. But I assume that they'd have to have classes for that seeing as Ruby made her own weapon (though that could be special circumstances)

The mechanical specifics of the weapon can be whatever, I get the intent of the bullets are to have an electric based ammo and an explosive based one, you don't have to get bogged down in the details for that. I think I understand what the retracted armor looks like, like big orbs or cylinders over major joints? It might be difficult to say he'd walk around like that, if I'm thinking of it properly, why not have a big smart cape thing that conforms to the suit and keeps itself from getting caught on stuff when not in use? Might could be fashionable and functional. :PAnd the specifics for the Semblance in combat don't need to be completely explained, we can say some sciency-wiency thing with mass/magnetism/vacuums/whatever, is it also possible to use it to slingshot projectiles too? What I'd mainly want to know more about is the attracting actual attention, I'm assuming it's a ranged thing and involves his Aura mingling with other's Auras like Rose and B.B.'s does, but is it just noticing him more or do people actually find him more attractive? And what's the, I guess, rate of attracting? Like did the teachers single him out as a favorite early on, or was it over months/years? And how likely is it that people notice it affecting them? Sorry for the barrage of questions, it's just that Semblance can affect other characters very easily, just wanna know all about it 'fore I approve it. :P

I was thinking orbs or cylinders but the cape sounds more awesome, I was just trying to make it as reasonable and realistic as possible. (note changing to cape, like in image)
As for slingshots yes, he could attract them to him.
On the attracting attention part, I just went back and edited this actually because I realize I didn't specify, no it does not make him more attractive it draws their focus to him. Their temperament at the time of drawing focus stays the same, in other words he has to pick and choose his moments. It does involve some aura interaction similar to BBs and if he over exerts the pull it someone could easily notice it. As for becoming teacher's favorites he used the semblance to pull their focus to him anytime they asked a question he knew the answer to (which in the ordinary classroom wouldn't really register with the teacher) so teachers began viewing him as the student that always knew the right answer. But he wasn't like a favorite from the get go, he had to earn his way their, it was just easier because he had the teachers' attention whenever he knew he could shine.

The main thing on detecting the semblance in use would have to be the situation, if someone was incredibly angry at someone else and then found themselves angry at Nic it would draw attention and they are much more likely to notice. Now if someone is handing out party invites and Nic used his semblance to get them to hand one to him, it would be almost impossible for them to tell.... it really depends on the situation.

I realized I didn't address rate of attraction. The rate is almost instant when activated although this is what it makes it most likely to be caught. Activated in such ways as to draw praise intended for someone else or ire that isn't meant for him will almost be caught, again this comes down to him picking his spots.

I think to solve the problem that everyone has with firing speed I'll just change Valkou's gun description and image to that of a chain gun and call it good
