X is correct, but I hesitate to call them fodder. They are far more formidable than what you might imagine a henchman or soldier to be, and with multiple colours of magic in conjunction it is no small ask to destroy the fighters.

No barrier, unfortunately, will last long. One Blood Scribe would take a few minutes to analyze and defeat it—two, accompanied by a Gold Scribe, would have almost no problem.
