As soon as Ariana appeared in Alex's apartment where he and her little girl were playing, she broke down into ugly, heart-broken sobs. Alex placed Melanie on the couch before hurrying over to her. "Woah, woah! What's wrong, sweetheart?" He asked, helping Ariana to her feet by hugging her to his chest. He could strong zaps of energy coming off of her and shocking him, but he could barely feel them at that moment.
"He-He's....He's dead," Ariana sobbed, the glowing blue eyes gushing with tears. There was a surge throughout the whole building, making the lights flicker and buzz.
Alex didn't need any more information to know who it was she was so distraught about. Suddenly, she pushed off of him and clambered over to couch and her daughter. Taking Melanie into her arms, Ariana cradled the little girl who simply allowed her mother to do so without argument or knowing what was going on.
Juliettee laughed at his deeply blushing cheeks; just how count cute could he be? Giggling, she ran after him at an impressive speed considering she was wearing heels. "No fair!" She called to him, avoiding a cluster of people here and there. "I'm wearing heels and you're faster than me!" She had to slow her pace because of a mother struggling to handle her kids. Juliettee sighed and turned a different way before disappearing between some booths. Then suddenly, she was at the Ferris Wheel line before him, obviously having used her transporting abilities to get there.
Crystal snorted. She opened her mouth to say something else but stopped when she heard her phone buzz in her back pocket. She closed the fridge with a container in her hand while the other took the phone out. "Crystal Russell," She answered automatically. Her features went from frowning to her mouth gaping open and her eyes beginning to water.
"Are you sure?" She asked, her voice breaking a little. The person on the other end said something else before she slowly nodded. "Yeah, I'll be right there." Then she hung up the phone.
An furious look engulfed her face, something that hadn't been present in awhile since they had moved. Both of her hands were shaking, which luckily she had already put the container down, but she rose her muscular arm in preparation to chuck her phone at the wall. She took in a deep breath and gently placed her phone on the counter before she broke. She was still shaking but she was managing from doing anything brash. She quickly turned on her heel and headed out the back door. She reached the slab of metal that, by the help of some friends of hers, she wasn't able to break. She gave a quick burst of a shout then punched the slab before following it with multiple throws. When she came back inside, her knuckles with broken and bleeding.
"Wally's dead," Crystal murmured as her excuse for the spurt of anger. She glanced towards Waiola with wet, sad eyes as she walked over to the sink to rinse her hands.
